Very easy to order. Lucy on the phone was very helpful and extremely cheerful. Brad the delivery driver managed to negotiate the very tight lane I'm situated in. The timber I ordered was excellent, no bows or splits unlike other well-known companies I've used. Highly recommended.Will definitely use Bradfords when I start another project.

Great service and lovely delivery chap
Excellent service. Lovely staff arranging the delivery and a text to advise of a rough slot during the day. Then the chap doing the delivery was lovely. Helped us move some bits as it wasn't a crane delivery (not needed for our delivery) Brad was excellent.

Useless click/collect
Ordered 8 featheredge boards on click/collect at approximately 10 o'clock am on the 02/07/2024 and waited for confirmation it was ready. 03/07/2024 still not heard decided at approx 3 o'clock to see if my order was ready and it was not, so much for click/ collect in 1 hour. Bradfords need to take a leaf out screwfix/toolstation book
