We built a patio in 2022 and decided this year to lift it and extend it out. Looked around everywhere to find the same slabs at a reasonable price. The previous supplier no longer did them, and being on a slight budget we wanted to reuse the originals. Found them direct on the Bradstone website. We were prepared for them to be a slightly different colour due to the 3 year gap, but they were way closer in match than we could have hoped for. Delivery was prompt and the price was decent. Happy with our purchase.

I bought a Kandla Grey sandstone project pack, which was really good quality, consistent thickness and nice-looking stone. I also bought some Bradstone pitched walling in grey, which looks really nice but unfortunately my batch varied hugely in both length and depth by up to 25mm, despite being described as being ‘precision cut for ease of installation’ and supposedly having a ‘consistent size and shape’. Apparently, their tolerances should be +/-3mm and I just received a faulty batch that shouldn’t have been sent out, but it wasn’t discovered until my builder started to lay them so it was too late to do anything about it. The variation caused huge problems for my builder, who sadly didn’t have the patience to try to make the best of the situation, so the joints on my wall vary wildly and I’m left with a very untidy-looking wall. Bradstone have offered me a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill but I would advise others to check the bricks when you receive them, as if you happen to get a faulty batch too apparently they can be replaced before they’re laid.

No communication spent over £700 expect delivery this week mail nothing

I had a great experience with Simply Paving. Ordering was easy, staff were helpful, and delivery was prompt. The products, including porcelain slabs and bricks, were of high quality and competitively priced. Though I found some items like sand and cement more expensive, the overall service, including assistance with small pallet orders, was excellent.

A few pieces had damage due to over tight banding but had some spares ordered for insurance against any possible hiccups so wasn't a problem, otherwise everything else just fine and job done.

Very helpful and always deliver

Plenty of choices and information available on the website. A quality ordering system that was easy to use and my order was dealt with and delivery was within the advised timescales. 13 packs of tiles were delivered and on checking, the packaging was wet and that resulted in the cardboard packaging breaking up with glue on it making it slightly difficult to handle. All 39 tiles was found to be of top quality, but one broke in two places when using the same installation process as the rest. Despite these two issues, I would recommend this company in future and will use them again.

Great delivery and service 100% would recommend

To start with my delivery driver was very helpful and placed pallets near my back gate. I had 152 slabs delivered and only 3 were broken. I would have bought more items sand cement etc, but simply paving was expensive, so got elsewhere.

Good value and efficient delivery service. Ordering and delivery went smoothly exactly as detailed on the website and the informative emails about the delivery method and timings.

Customer service is fantastic. We had a problem with a crate of slabs - we got a faulty crate twice ! However, they dealt with the problem, understood the situation we were in ( not being able to finish our patio ) and they sent replacents out quickly. In the end we got a refund for one of the crates and they sent this through quickly.
Both phone conatct and e mail contact were excellent.

I submitted an order on line for a quantity of paving slabs. The price was unbeatable. The order was processed and delivered much sooner than expected. Breakages were a bare minimum and now laid my new patio area looks amazing.
