Nice company to deal with, great customer service

Good quality slabs. Ordering and delivery were straightforward and timely.
Staff on phone were friendly and helpful. One small amount of damage. The 5 odd slabs were on a small separate pallet and while the top 4 were separated by polystyrene the bottom one was directly on the wood and was cracked into 3 pieces. Photo available.

Just had £4500 of Bradstone Old Town Eco grey green slabs laid. Nowhere near the colour of the sample and brochure, in fact, they are a mix of a bit of brown and mostly light grey. Also, just noticed some of the edges have exposed aggregate and colour chipping off. Spent five years planning my patio and garden and having them install but wished I’d paid for a cheap utility slab now. In my opinion, avoid the old town eco grey green slabs as my experience had been one of huge disappointment. Yet another British company churning out substandard products at an inflated cost. Avoid! Avoid!

The sales team are very friendly and a big help. We ordered paving slabs at a busy time just before Easter and they arrived a day earlier than expected. Two slabs were broken on arrival and the team quickly replaced them and sent extra slabs to ensure we had enough.

I ordered some slabs, but unfortunately, a few arrived broken. I contacted customer service, and they were quick to respond and arrange action. Despite the initial setback, the prompt resolution and great customer service made up for the inconvenience. 😃

The choice of paving on the website was extensive and I was able to find something similar to our current paving. The calculator was useful. I was kept well informed of the progress on my order and given a delivery timeslot which was confimed the day before and the driver contacted me when he arrived. Due to our narrow driveway, the did attempt to use the trolley to move the pallets upto the property but had to settle for unloading close to the end of the drive. Overall, it has been a good delivery experience.

The office staff I spoke to (Deb) do helpful and efficient , nothing too much trouble . Highly recommend . Follow up with delivery information can’t fault them

What a joke! Ordered a pallet of driveway pavers with free delivery. After 2 weeks of dealing with ‘customer service team’ because sub-contracting pallet company stated Bradstone had packed the pallet so it was too heavy for their vehicles, lanes were too small for larger vehicle, I gave up and went with competitor…

Quick and reasonably priced delivery.
No breakages with each slab individually protected.
Delivery driver was courteous and placed the slabs where requested.

I was pleased to see an extra paving stone, which was just as well as one was broken on arrival. The poor guy delivering struggled with the way the mini pallet had been loaded and in trying to remove it from the pallet trolley he hurt his fingers.

Received three pallets of blocks and 2 were damaged. Bradstone agreed to part refund but refund has never been received. Now ignoring emails on the subject. Very disappointed

The product is excellent quality and looks great. The slabs were well packed although there were two broken - which I expected so I had slightly over ordered. Customer services were very good and easy to communicate with. However, information about the delivery was a bit of a black hole immediately after purchase. It took about a week to hear anything about delivery after purchase and the courier's communications were somewhat misleading suggesting a delivery time when I'm fact it's anything before this time! That said, when delivered, I wasn't in and my request (through customer services) to put them as far down the drive as possible was adhered to and I didn't have to shift any stone to park my car. Overall I'm very pleased.
