Your courier service was poor
Your courier service was poor, sat on the job 2 days waiting for the slabs to turn up. Cost us so much time and money. All we got was ‘ yea we’re sorry about that’ terrible

We ordered two patio packs
We ordered two patio packs, unfortunately the colour variation in one pack was minimal and like the Sunset Buff samples, mainly pink hues. The second pack had significantly more variation in colours with yellows, greys and pink. Consequently we have a patio of two halves which is less than satisfactory. If both pack had been the same it would not be a problem. Nowhere is it mentioned that the customer should inspect the stones in each pack to ascertain colour variations. In addition a couple of slabs were broken but fortunately we were able to accommodate this in our wastage allowance. In all a very disappointing experience
