We've been made aware that our delivery partner, Palletways, is currently experiencing increased volumes of freight, which has unfortunately led to some unforeseen delays. We're actively working with them to ensure this doesn't happen and to improve communication during busy periods.

The delivery was very fast and free, I ordered my slabs on the Sunday and they arrived by Wednesday morning, and they put me some extra slabs in to cover broken one's, but there were no broken ones, so overall very satisfied.

Good to deal with
Having dealt with Bradstone, and previously as Simply Paving numerous times, I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Ordering is easy and straightforward and any problem's are dealt with immediately. I did have a problem with the delivery company on the last order and special mention and thanks must go to Deborah for sorting it immediately. Without any question I would recommend Bradstone for their overall efficient service.

Bradstone Peak slab paving rubbish
Bradstone Peak Natural Reconstituted stone Paving slab, 0.16m² (L)400mm (W)400mm from B&Q not fit for purpose. About half cracked immediately after laying on a carefully prepared surface. Rubbish. Unsafe. Will not support a chair leg without disintegrating.

We're sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with the Bradstone Peak Natural Reconstituted stone Paving slabs. We understand your frustration when a product doesn't perform as expected.
For complaints of this nature, we do have a formal process in place. However, it needs to be initiated with the retailer, B&Q, as they are responsible for your statutory rights as a consumer. In the meantime, we will investigate this issue on our end.

Courier damaged some of the slabs I bought but I was sent more immediately.

Well I don't think it was Bradstone fault but they said 3 to 5 days delivery on the 5 day they turned up at about 4 o'clock and it was the wrong stuff I did not get the right pallet until the following day at about 5 o'clock, not happy because it cost me money paying staff to stand around waiting

After investigating, it appears the pallet was planned for delivery in error, as the local depot had not yet received it from the central hub. This led to the driver attending without your goods, and we completely understand your frustration with this mix-up.
We are taking this up directly with our logistics partner to ensure that such scheduling errors do not happen again.
