We visited the store @2204 Pratt Ave, Bellevue NE. We would give them a perfect 10 if we could. Special thanks to store manager (William I think is his name (sorry if I have that wrong), Ian, and service advisor Shawn. The team worked the better part of the day to repair our vehicle's issue. The professionalism is topnotch. The communication and customer service was just wonderful. Considering the nature of the issue at hand, everything was done in a timely manner. All previous warranties were honored. We will definitely recommend and come back to this location.

These guys went above and beyond to make sure my breaks are working smooth! Thank you, and I highly recommend.

Stopped in to this location to get pricing and ask some questions since I was not sold on answers from other repair shops and Paul was very helpful and courteous with my needs. I will definitely be back to get the work done there.

My experience with BRAKES PLUS on 6635 W. Bell Rd l, Glendale met more than my EXPECTATIONS that I received making me feel that SAFETY was their utmost priority. WILLIE G worked up a package affordable and applied coupons for me to complete all my repairs (front and back brakes, replace belts, brake fluid flush, and coolant flush) in ONE SHOT while JAMES my technician was more than knowledgeable of the repairs/replacements! WILLIE G showed me the front and back brakes and explained the repairs. I was kept up- to-date on my car repairs from IRA SENA the store manager as the staff continued to service other customers.
My rating for BRAKES PLUS is a 5 STAR but if rating was 1-10 being 10 the highest I would make it a 10 STAR.
I will be going back next week for more service on my vehicle!

I have brought my wife’s car into this store 2 times now for loud squealing brakes when backing up. Each time we were told they did not find anything wrong nor did they hear them squealing.
I was not going to take it back to them again, so I took it to an independent mechanic.
He found that the brake pads had been put in BACKWARDS. No lubrication was observed anywhere and rotors showed signs of corrosion. Complete pads and rotors were replaced in 2025 by Brakes Plus.
Don’t trust them- Not going back.

Super friendly customer service at the Haslet store. They were attentive, kept me informed, and had my service done in a reasonable time.

Had a fantastic experience at Brakes Plus Wylie. Jon and Kevin were absolutely wonderful—professional, honest, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was done right. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, with great communication from start to finish. It’s not often you find service this solid—highly recommend stopping by if you need work done!

So we have some squeaky breaks they fixed them but also they told us we needed our control arms fixed. Our car is still under warranty so of course we check with the dealership before saying okay to them which I'm so glad we did because our dealership said that this is the third person in the last two weeks that has come from brakes Plus saying they need new control arms the first one was still under bumper to bumper warranty the second one was also under a bumper to bumper warranty and the third one which was us we were outside but on our extended warranty it still would have covered it by $100, but none of those cars needed any kind of repair on a control arm, including ours. I used to trust brakes Plus and now I absolutely know they are crooks and I know for a fact because this is the third time in 2 weeks that they have sent to my dealership and that's just my dealership so I'm curious to know how many other people have been told they need their control arms replaced and have not gotten a second opinion and had them replaced and they didn't need to be. Crooks

Will never get my business again . My back breaks where fixed a month ago no squeaking the person told me I had about a month before the front breaks will start squeaking and he was right . So I took my car to brakes plus to fix the front and they did just that for about 380$ . My car was still squeaking after they fixed them. I took it back they said they would replace them . After I left they still were squeaking so I called and took it back AGAIN. They called to say it’s the back breaks they can charge me for the back and upgrade my front which is 400$ more dollars ontop of the 380$ I just paid them . Its not the back breaks my car is squeaking from the front and the back brakes where just replaced and was no longer squeaking . I wasted my money with this place and breaks are still squeaking . Very disappointed

I'm glad friend in Phoenix suggested I check out the one up here in Prescott Valley. It was a nice experience overall and I feel work was well done. I am quite sure it was hundreds less than where I normally take my car for repair- where they couldn't take me until next week/ have to leave my car the entire day, etc. The Brakes Plus took me without an appointment, job was a few hours. The mgr(?) kept me informed throughout the process.
I am glad to recommend and give them a 5 Star!

Brakes Plus took excellent care of me. The entire staff was friendly and professional. I went to the new store on 80th and Sheridan. Tyler find all the issues I had with my car and made sure the master mechanic Zach did all the work. Grayson and Kory also helped with my process and were excellent. They replaced my struts, motor mounts tie rods, control arms, rear differential, and even replaced my broken rear windshield wiper blade, a light that was out and secured my wheel well plastic that was coming undone. They gave me a great price with lots of coupons and on top of those also gave me my military discount. Thank you Brakes Plus for your excellent service and repairs at a great price!
