FRAUD! They find excuses not to give you rewards on products eligible! If you question them on it; they put your account on hold! They also take fees out of your rewards when they do allow for it for your “cash out”. This app was more stress for me than any of the small rewards I did receive. Deleting app and I hope no one else’s bothers with them!

Every time I have a problem I have to jump through hoops to show them that I made the purchase and then they still don't acknowledge it. It doesn't pull everything from the receipts and I miss out on a lot of money. This app is basically worthless

I’ve lost all trust in Brandclub. Ive experienced so many glitches with the app that has caused me to lose out on “rewards”. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times to no avail. They’ve also recently added a cash out fee which now charges you to cash out your earnings. Please don’t use this app.

I do a lot of cash back apps, and this one has been one of the worst. At first it seems like a great app because it feels like you’re going to get a lot of money back for your purchases. Most of the items that I bought were never credited so I never got money back. When I addressed it with them, they told me to wait which I did and I still do not get money back and then I addressed it again and they told me that I have returned the items and therefore they are flagging my account. I told them I only returned to items and that’s because I didn’t get the money I was supposed to, and I didn’t wanna pay that much on Amazon for the item unless I was getting money back. I plan to pull my money but after reading reviews of having to put credit card information im not sure I’m going to even do that.

I was syncing my app and it signed me out. Now I'm not able to sign back in. I had over 40 bucks. I have tried to contact support but they never respond. I have been getting a ton more spam calls. After reading reviews I wonder if it from this app.

Just like all the other 1 stars have said, it is a scam, they are stealing information and selling it on the dark web. Any good reviews they used the gig sites like fiver to get people to write fake reviews. They pay the Philippines to monitor customer service requests and then follow up with a script and never anything more until they finally stop responding. If you are reading this report them to the FTC immediately. Have you noticed you have been getting more scam/spam phone calls lately? Criminals report them!!

I purchased products that definitely qualified for rewards and I didn’t get my money for them. And I contacted customer service and they completely stopped responding to me. Now rewards expire if you don’t purchase the product after so long. They also now charge 1.50 for cashing out which is way too high!!

This app has been great for me. I signed up for $12.00 and then shared my referral code for a week on social. Earned over $500 just for sharing the app. So far I have only linked Amazon but the app has identified my history of purchases so I can get paid if I buy those again. I have some friends complaining it didn’t work for them, but those are people who didn’t share with others.

Do not use this app is signed up for this app from a friend that sent his ref i signed linked an active amazon account and now its says i need to “unlock the reward” so i go to try and unlock it literally says “my name” then must finish setup how would i even refer my self the app is obviously broken do not waste ur time

Have cashed out 3 times and all are still pending and can’t get my money! I have messaged customer support 4 times with no answer. People I have referred have gotten their money but now me!

Update-did eventually get my cashouts just took longer then it said it would

Horrible customer service. Sent over 6 messages and no response. I can’t cash out for some reason and it’s over $10!

I downloaded the app a few days ago and linked my accounts. I immediately got $38 back from my last Amazon purchase and cashed it out. I decided to share with friends to get the referral bonus and have now cashed out almost $200 and have $400 in unlocked cash able rewards still. You can only cash out $50 a day and there is a $1.50 fee to withdraw but it’s free money so I’m not complaining! Love the app!

So I will start by saying so far I have cashed out 160 dollars. I have gotten a handful of others to sign up and gotten the bonus for that and also received money back from doing surveys, and purchasing certain items that they were offering money back for. All of these bad reviews are from people who didn't sign up right lol. But it isn't really their fault. The process is a bit of a pain and can take a good 15 mins to do it. You have to have an ACTIVE Walmart, amazon, target, chewy or kroger account. Active meaning you order things monthly and have used it within a month. Lucky for me, I do all my walmart shopping through walmart pick up. You also have to verify your email twice. Once while signing up and then again when you finish setting up your profile. I think a lot of people dont realize that. I do realize how frustrating it is because I have over 200 dollars in referrals that are locked because the people haven't signed up completely or their walmart/amazon ect account wasn't considered "Active" to brandclub. However, if you follow the steps, and have the active 3rd party account you will make money. My cousin has been cashing out over 3k dollars a month by referring people .

This app is a scam! I have completed enough to have $50 plus paid out and received ZERO! I've made multiple attempts to contact their customer support with no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR EFFORTS!

It is now 5/2 and I can't get some of these to update to where it says confirmed or available for withdrawal. The survey rewards aren't unlocked until you actually buy something from that brand and they limit you to 3 surveys a day. Cashout minimum is $10. My pending is now $2.26, locked is $49.29, total available for cashout is $9, and total earned is $60.55. But I haven't yet reached the minimum to actually cash out yet.

My issue is that before you could cash out with no fee, and suddenly they required a credit card, saying "there is no membership fee" but then, without my consent, charged me a fee to cash out. This is deceptive and misleading.

Customer service literally said that the credit card was only for ID (false) and there was no fee, when I lost $1.50 when I cashed out.

I am surprised by all the negative reviews for this app. I LOVE it. I’ve actually made hundreds in cash back since starting to use this about a year ago. I shop A LOT online through target, Amazon and Walmart so maybe that’s why I see such success. It’s a bit confusing to figure out the difference between locked and unlocked rewards but once you figure that out, it’s awesome. I just cashed out $46 today and it was in my Venmo 3 hours later

After initiating $50 of the $250 I had available to withdraw my account privileges were suspended and when I open the app it indicates my account was being reviewed and has been like that for 8 weeks now. I have sent several emails the first took them 4 weeks to respond. They told m4 weeks to respond in which they advised me to Uninstaller the app and reinstall it to see if that corrected the problem. I replied that it hadn't and that I was willing to provide any valid proof or documentation to verify all the transactions on my account were ones that I physically bought and paid for. They responded and said unfortunately we are unable to restore your account at this time..... all the best, Sam
I have since requested them to provide me with their
reasoning and that it is ludicrous. I asked for them to provide me with an answer as to when the $250 in legit funds that I earned would be rightfully sent to me.... I am waiting for a response.

It started out great, but my first cash out didn’t go through. I contacted customer support and never heard back. Second time I cashed out, I got my money and I was extremely excited. I tried to cash out a third time and it won’t let me cash out until I give them a picture of my face, my credit card information which they shouldn’t need bc I attached my Amazon account and pay through Amazon. Others have said it asks for their drivers license info. Way too much information is required. I’ve never used a couponing company that asks for this information and the fact that they let you cash out once without it and then all of the sudden decide they need it is beyond sketchy.

Now when you cashout it requires you to put in a credit card which doesn't make sense and they take $1.50 for a "processing fee". I think this app will be on it's way out since competitors don't do that and it's too much personal info to require and possibly get my credit card info stolen over it.
