They suck, I have emailed them four times regarding money that says is in my account, but it won't allow me to cash out. I have emailed four times about this issue and have not received a response. I am about to just delete this dumb app.

BrandClub made this statement to me multiple of times.

I reached out last week with proof BrandClub did not pay me the correct cash back reward on two products. This has happened multiple times. I asked BC to let me know when they corrected the cash back amount on my account.

I have heard nothing from BC. I think the entire support staff at BrandClub is one employee — Alex. I filed a complaint with Bob Ferguson

Maybe, if the victims of this dishonest business all file complaints with the democrat 🤦‍♂️ Attorney General Bob Ferguson, he will do something about it — besides pass the buck. Every single day of the year (365 days), BC posts fraudulent offers on 3-5 ‘Best Rewards’ offers on the homepage of their app. Those fraudulent offers different by a few cents to over a dollar or more in some cases, but when you do it every single day of the year it adds up to big time money fraud — and they’re doing it in likely all 50 states to their members aka: American consumers. Of course democrat Bob Ferguson is doing nothing while simultaneously asking the citizens of Washington to re-elect him — to what continue doing nothing? Only a fool would vote democrat. Why is it sooooo hard for BrandClub to be completely honest? Why can't BC explain the fact the 'Best Rewards' on the homepage of their app are not the actual best rewards the vast majority of the time? Check it out yourself. Go to the product page of a ‘Best Reward’ product liked on the homepage. The vast majority of the time you will find a better cash back offer. However, you can click on the higher cash back offer on the product club page and BC has it so your ‘Activity’ for that product looks like you clicked on the ‘Best Rewards’ homepage link. Then, they give you the lesser cash back reward. I wonder what the sellers on Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, etc. are told by BC? Does BC tell those sellers they paid the higher cash back offers to members? I'm going to keep asking.

Customer support is trash. My app is glitching and claims I have no accounts synced, I reached out twice now with no answer. I’m about to sign out of my account and delete the app because wow. Up until now it’s been pretty good, and my last cash-out came through the next day (much to my surprise). Guess I’ve made too much money off them, so I’m not allowed to use it anymore. Sad.

this app is truly sad. I have emailed them 4 x and got no answer. I made 18.28 pending since sept 12
and 14.15 2 weeks ago then they stopped so i could make anything and saying this on my account what did I do wrong I did survey's and buy the crap temporarily removed my privileges this is bull crap you need to publicly admit i did nothing wrong brandclub I am on you tube katahadin kooking mamas homestead

Up until these last cash outs that I haven’t received I actually LOVED this app. Great if you like what you like… you know. But this last cash out has been pending since 9/14/22 and I’ve cashed out once since then but still no payouts for any of the 2 transactions. I’m not “counting” on this money and haven’t been since I never got the 9/14 payout but it would be great if it started working again? That’s $40
I could definitely use. I’ve also heard of MANY other ppl not getting their payouts this month. Hopefully it gets fixed (and no they’re not emailing me back either)… so I’m not holding my breath especially since they lowered or removed almost all my surveys anyway. Idk what happened But Come on Brand Club… please do better!

My money has said pending for 15 days now . Reached out 3x no response.. not sure what’s going on but it was great for a while

I would give zero if I could. Awful, terrible, dishonest company that will only reply to support emails with a pre written script and will never honor what they promote. They will never unlock anything to actually pay you. Anyone promoting is being paid. Trust the majority and stay far far far away!

I loved this app for a while, then all of a sudden I stop getting my cash outs. I’ve tried reaching out to customer service numerous times to no avail. I’m so disappointed. My friends were just asking about how I liked this app. I had to tell them “ hold on, let’s see if this issue gets resolved and then I can tell you “.

Just terrible...if you like losing money, than this is the app for you!

One of the worst, most dishonest apps I've ever used.

It won’t let me activate my accounts to unlock my rewards money. Also I made a purchase as it stated I needed to do to receive my rewards money and then it says purchase doesn’t qualify!!! It was almost $30!!!

This is a great App if you know how to use it properly. Sure it may take up to a couple of weeks to get your money from the product you bought. But that's better then nothing. I've used this app for over two months now and I've cashed out 100.00 so far. Check the app before going to the store for surveys of items you know your going to buy. Do the survey, get the product. Within a couple of weeks you'll get the payout. It's just not instant like everybody wants. But I'll take 100.00 vs. Nothing.

I have been using Brandclub Rewards on Amazon, at Target, and at Walmart. The savings are tremendous. I love it so much that I even named my Facebook profile after the app. I am now called Brandclub Brad, lol. Look me up on Facebook and see all the great ways you can save on the Brandclub Rewards app. The app has never missed giving me credit for a purchase that I have made in the 6 months I have used it. I now buy Brand name items for cheaper than the generic things I used to buy!

The app is horrible I have purchased multiple items that qualify me for rewards and instead of unlocking rewards it locks everything I buy that qualifies. Emailing support is such a waste of time. They want you to email screenshots and receipts and you do that and nothing. However the activity in the app shows the purchased made . This is a waste just to have people join clubs and waste time. I’m going back to the coupons at least they will work

Scam The Whole Website Is A Scam there support never respond's, and you never get your "Reward"

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP ITS A SCAM!

They lure you in on the main page with all the "Instant" Best Deals, but they never release that money. It sits in pending for well over months after your items are delivered. We're talking $5-$10 "rewards"for items bought directly through their app they never intend to pay.

It takes a week for "customer support" (only an email address provided, no social, no phone number) to reply at which point they will tell you to keep waiting and suggest maybe you haven't synced enough.

Then they stop replying all together.

It's been OVER a month since my best reward high value reward items were DELIVERED, I sync the Maximum 3x a day, I get paid my pennies for all the other items but over $100 in rewards from items directly purchased through their app is still pending and they refuse to even reply.

They are clearly getting referral pay for all the sales, and harvesting data, and not even paying the menial amount promised.

And don't get me started on the "surveys" that waste your time over and over only to tell you, we're not paying you, something in your responses looks wrong. Sure.

What looks WRONG is this sketchy, lying, untrustworthy, app.

An absolute scam. I never got my sign up bonus, the app says because I have to complete sign up and connect accounts. I have done all of that. I use the app regularly, I use my linked accounts regularly. When I contacted support they said maybe the accounts aren't active enough. My linked Amazon account is active, I purchase things at least weekly. So that's a lie. Then I never received any referral bonuses, also locked, saying the same reason as my sign up bonus, which is also a lie. They will not give you your bonuses. They lie. They're ripping people off and harvesting your data.

All the bad reviews are true. These guys are a joke and running a scam. They keep your rewards locked up and do not offer any support, even though you connect active accounts. They only collect and sell your data without offering you your share.

Horrible app. Did not receive my referral bonus, cashout to my PayPal pending for more than a week. This app is a joke. Submitted almost a dozen support tickets and no one answers. Huge waste of time and a scam!

Customer support never responds. Turned commenting off on their social media so people don't know how awful it is and your purchases don't even track right. In the beginning it was great but 2 months in and it is AWFUL. Ive been waiting over a week for a payout!

I signed up for Brand club using a friends code and then a family member signed up with my code and I never got got credit for either bonus. I contacted Brand club and they told me that they were aware of the issue where it's not crediting your account for signing up and they told me to go to the same link and sign up again it would work. I did just that and it DID NOT WORK!!!!!! I've contacted them time after time about this and other issues and I finally got an email from them about the sign up bonus saying they are not giving me credit.I personally think that is bs. Also on the app if you take a survey it plainly says purchase that brand and you will get that certain amount back. But that is NOT true whatsoever.
