Concern about authenticity
My concern is about the label with the manufacturing information, it is given a totally different information than what I have with the products I bought before from the authorized distributor in the US, so it is hard to trust if it is an original product .
Another concern is the delay in the delivery of the product, which took about 3 weeks.
I am going to request a refund!

All our products are original and go with an invoice. The product has the seal of authenticity on the side of the bottle, you can check the originality of the product on the brand's website with the code that is on the seal. All the Steps 2 of 1 liter have this seal, which proves that the product is original!
Regarding delivery time, we shipped the order the next day of the purchase. But the Customs inspectors in Brazil are on strike, so the orders are taking longer than usual to be released.
Actually the order took 10 business days to be delivered due to this Customs situation.

I worked in Brazil's oilfield some years ago and a crew member bought me a bottle of Biografia for Christmas. I kept the empty bottle long after I had used all of the cologne so I could try to reorder it someday. While going through some old things, I ran across that bottle and decided to try my luck at finding the cologne by "Google" search and that is how I came across you guys to place my order. I have given my order in 07.Dec.2021, there was no confirmation until 14.Dec, after i have sent emails several times, they confirmed that the shipment was made 15.Dec with delivery date of 28.Dec. i will be in travel on thise days so i asked them to cancel the shipment. After that day, for about 20 days now, brazilian or european branches are not returning whatsapp msg even it was read, no return to e-mails, their hotline is always busy even i tried 3 hours. I can not find out what happened to my cargo, no re-shipment, no refund, not a single answer, they went all silent. Shop from elsewhere.

Was not the soap and fragrance as remember in the pass. Very light scent and bar did not soap well.
Was not satified. This was a gift for my wife's who is from brazil. Thought it would have the scent like the nuven hand lotion, and that it would lather, and leave skin soft. But was disappointed. Sorry.
