My order 353505 was stated with a 21 day time frame which was fine. 2 months later I’m still waiting, I’m just glad I paid with credit card. I’ve sent 3 emails chasing my order and have got no update. I work in furniture sales myself and am so disappointed with the lack of communication.

Really bad customer service

Really bad customer service. Made me wait 18 days despite stating delivery was 4-14 days and just used the Easter period as an excuse. They never even bothered to contact or keep me updated until I emailed them. In addition when I asked when it would be delivered they tried to add on another 72 hours and said “approx” and that it hadn’t even been sent out yet !! Am using all social media outlets to warn everyone not to use this company and will report them to the regulatory bodies.

Try TOM MARSH or Nicky Cornell who have relatively similar, same price furniture and excellant and honest customer service.

We also explained that the Easter break would impact this timeframe, as outlined in the terms and conditions agreed to at the time of purchase. Due to the size and weight of the item, it was necessary for your order to be handled by a specialist logistics company equipped to manage such deliveries, which you acknowledged and were happy to proceed with.

As advised, delivery was expected to be approximately 72 hours later than the original estimated date on your order, taking into account both the Easter break and the nature of the product.You subsequently requested that the order be cancelled and refunded, which has now been completed. We also note your intention to share your experience on social media.

We understand that price is an important factor and appreciate the need to compare options. While similar styles may be available elsewhere, there can often be differences in materials, craftsmanship, and finish that are not always immediately apparent.

I placed an order on 14th March and was…

I placed an order on 14th March and was advised delivery would be 4-14 days. It is now 5 weeks since the order was placed and I have still not received the order. Having not heard from them I messaged them and didn't receive an answer. I messaged again and was advised there was a delay. I messaged back asking for an approximate date and have heard nothing back. Very bad service and customer service.

My order was 9 weeks delayed and I didn’t receive any proactive updates, I had to call and email to get the delay on their radar. I never found out what caused the delay, I just had to keep chasing until my order was delivered.

Amazing items and experience

I recently purchased a dressing table and a chest of drawers from Breeze and I’m really pleased with them. The furniture is beautiful, well made, and looks perfect in my room. The quality is excellent and it feels very sturdy.

A special thank you to Mags and her husband who delivered the furniture. They were both so friendly, professional, and helpful. They handled everything with care and made the whole delivery process really smooth and stress-free.

Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. Great furniture and great service – I would definitely recommend Breeze to anyone looking for quality pieces for their home!

Order not delivered, no reply

I ordered 4 cushions 21st December 2025. I was contacted in January to say they was out of stock & stock wasn’t due until end of January so I could wait or be refunded. I agreed to wait in good faith. Come 14th February, still no cushions or futher contact. I emailed to ask for a refund. No reply. I had to contact my card provider for a refund. I still haven’t received a reply.

Avoid.

I had a great experience shopping with this company. The customer service was friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. The product standards are clearly high—everything I received was well-made, durable, and exactly as described. I was also impressed by the wide selection available, which made it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. Overall, a very positive experience and I’ll definitely be returning!

Still waiting….

I placed my order on the 27th October with an estimated delivery of 4-14 days and it’s still not arrived (today is the 18th November) I emailed on the 10th November and got a response to say it was still within the delivery window, the pictures were in stock and Breeze were working to get it to me. I’ve emailed 3 times since and no response. It’s now been 3 weeks. Frustratingly the pictures are now available on other sites at better prices, so it’s more expensive and I’m still pictureless. I have asked for either a delivery date or to cancel, but no response as of yet. I just want to know what’s going on.

Item not delivered and customer service not being honest

Avoid this company. I wouldn't order from them again.

I ordered an item 2 weeks ago, expecting it to be delivered between 4 and 14 days.l as stated on their emails and website.

I sent several emails requesting an update, and their customer team as of today continues to fail to provide evidence of dispatch and tracking numbers.

Their responses are vague at the best, and on day 14, I have yet to see any proof of dispatch or delivery while they continue to make excuses.

Since they failed to provide evidence of dispatch, I had to raise a case with PayPal and request a refund. If this query isn't resolved by the end of this week, I will have to escalate this matter further.

Well looked after

I was well looked after when I went to the shop (which I understand is now closed unfortunately). A lady called Mags or Mads helped me out and when I didn't make a purchase on my first visit I was still dealt with professionally. I am going to order some chairs online and hope they are of a similar good quality.

I would absolutely give a zero star if i could!

Communication is terrible it took 6 mails before i have an answer to where my order was. I was told it was on its way, followed by an email saying they had no stock but were expecting some the flowing week. Low and behold it still didn’t arrive, 3 emails later after i cancelled the payment i has a snotty email saying were cancelling my order! here we are 3 weeks after and still no refund.
No i wouldn’t use again or recommend.
