This is the second time I’ve shopped with Brian Gavin. The first time was ten years ago when I was planning to propose to my wife. Katie at BG helped me then and that engagement ring is the most spectacular piece of jewelry I’ve seen still today. This time Katie helped me again(!), reaching out immediately when she saw I had started looking at jewelry for Christmas/ten-year anniversary. She worked quickly to find something that would work for me. She arranged everything and got a pair of beautiful diamond earrings to me quickly and safely. I cannot say enough about the customer service and quality at Brian Gavin, and I will be a customer for life I have no doubt.

Katie has helped me with 3 or 4 orders now, literally the best customer service EVER. I dont know much about diamonds other then my wife likes them and Katie really makes things extremely easy for me! and my wife is happy every time! The quality/customer service/shipping/price all amazing, this is the only place I will ever buy diamonds!!

I found Brian Gavin Diamonds while doing research into the best quality LG diamonds in the U.S. market. I had very specific ideas about the size and shape of the diamond I wanted, and both Lesley and Katie displayed utmost patience in working with me to find the right stone.

I was originally planning to have a local jeweler create the finished ring, but I enjoyed working with Lesley so much that I decided to have Brian make it. Once again, both Lesley and Brian extended utmost service and patience as we narrowed down the design, the side stones, the hand engraving and every single detail of this one-of-a-kind ring. Or, "piece" as Lesley calls it.

And that's what it is. A piece of fine art made just for me. The gorgeous custom packaging will surely make your beloved (or yourself ;) gasp with delight when it arrives, as I did.

I'm just delighted with my ring and can't recommend Brian Gavin and his team enough.

I am very happy with the service from the Brian Gavin team. I ordered a pair of earrings only 1 week before my wife's birthday, and the team did a great job ensuring it arrived on time. My wife has received nothing but compliments on her new earrings!

While the Brian Gavin website may seem a little outdated, the customer experience felt personal and authentic to me. I could call and email, and a real person would pick up on the other end!

Staff was very friendly with great communication and feedback. One area that could be better is the website for screening engagement rings, search perimeters were lacking.
