I had shopped the other major online dealers before discovering Brian Gavin. The website has the best photos and videos of their diamonds. I was looking for an exceptionally well cut diamond with perfect Hearts and Arrows. Brian Gavin’s Black Selection has the finest diamonds you will find anywhere with stunning and unique settings. My finished engagement ring and matching band were breathtaking and beyond compare! The communication was personal, detailed, and very helpful. You communicate with a live person (Katie) instead of an annoying chatbot or overseas call center sales person. The entire process from start to finish was easy and an enjoyable experience. This was my first time ordering diamonds from Brian Gavin. The shopping experience and delivery experience were Great. The diamonds are stunning! Very beautiful. My wife and I love her earrings.

Did a lot of research on diamonds for an engagement ring which led me to Brian Gavin ( I chose a stone from the Black by Brian Gavin line). I have a lot of respect for the sheer amount of transparency & information they give you about each diamond (complete specifications, all cut measurements, angles, 360 imaging showing light characteristics, inclusions, magnifications, etc). With this I could choose an optimal diamond that went above and beyond GIA and AGS standards (like optimal cut spec ranges) as many characteristics can still vary immensely within the same rating.

Price was great, especially when you compare what you are actually getting if you’re someone who obsesses over little details and quality that others may not notice or care. The stone and setting priced out about $1500 cheaper than the standard jewellers around for similar stone AGS or GIA ratings, and these spots don’t provide the complete cut measurements and etc. (Probably not used to people asking but still).

Lastly, the customer service was exceptional. I had way too many questions and requests to be considered an easy customer. Katie Homuth was the consultant that helped me throughout the month long back and forth process of picking a diamond and setting, and her level of service is another big part of why I would recommend Brian Gavin.

The product is fabulous and arrived as amazing as other items I have bought. My gripe about the service is that you purchase the item and they tell you it will be shipped two day. But after you purchase, you have no idea how long until it will ship and they provide no easy way (I could find) to contact them to find an estimated delivery date. I sent an inquiry via the general mailbox but no one ever followed up with me via that account.

I ordered the bracelet for my daughters 30th birthday! I knew she'd want the yellow gold and because it was out of stock customer service was great at their quick response when it would be back in stock. The entire process was awesome! The bracelet is gorgeous!!!!

Exceptional customer service. Emily has been there holding my nervous hand from day one. She had opportunities to upsell but was honest and sincere...I couldn't help but change my mind over and over, ask a million questions, then ...just one more. We're actually in the middle of the process I couldn't imagine any other company give such support during an emotional purchase. I can't wait to show pictures. My husband upgraded my engagement and wedding rings...it was his intention from day one since the original set was an afterthought. haha. It's more than jewelry, he's sick, so the true meaning behind it is forever and all eternity, long before it should be. Love.

This was my first time buying a diamond online. Prior to working with Brian Gavin Diamonds, I had been finding it really challenging because I couldnt see any of the stones in person. Just because a diamond seems perfect on paper, doesnt mean its going to perform well and be a stunner! The diamond Emily ended up helping me select was exactly what we were looking for, and I loved that they even go the extra mile to assess and approve gems theyre representing, even when theyre not part of their "in-house"/"on hand" collection. Thats honestly what won me over; we had been deliberating between two different diamonds (one from BGD, one from another online seller) and knowing Brian Gavin and team would quality check it and tell me if it was going to be a great performer or not meant everything to us! I received a set of three—the Hana Six-Prong and two Hana Matching Bands—as a gift from my husband. While they are stunning, wearing all three together feels quite tight. Also, if you are taking any medication that causes swelling, I highly recommend sizing up. I'm currently on medication and my fingers are too swollen to wear them comfortably. Even for a two-ring stack, ordering a slightly larger size would be better.I ask them to resize but I am not sure they can do it. I am so sad.
