Quality diamond at an affordable price. I had previously purchased a heart shaped diamond from another web site. It was disappointing to say the least. The Brian Gavin diamond was stunning. Beautiful cut. Arrived on time with no issues. I will by from them again and again. I can't wait until my ring is done with this stone in it.

Emily Johnson was excellent to work with, she helped me navigate buying a pair of lab diamond earrings using a pair of diamonds I picked myself. The earrings themselves are spectacular, the lab diamonds are so sparkly and brilliant. A 5 star product and buying experience.

While initially hesitant to make such a big purchase on internet/not in person, staff were always quick to answer any questions and made for smooth transaction. Diamond pendant is beautiful and meets all expectations and beyond. Would have no hesitation for using and highly recommending them!

I ordered an engagement ring from Brian Gavin and, while the final ring is nice, the process was not as smooth as expected.

The first ring arrived with a band that was thinner than advertised, so it had to be remade. When I received the new one, there were visible scratches, which meant sending it back again for polishing. Altogether, this led to multiple shipments and added stress in the days leading up to my wedding.

To their credit, their team was responsive and did provide a partial refund in the end. I do wish there had been proactive follow-up after the remakes to make sure everything was fully resolved.

In the end, the final ring was fine, but the overall experience wasn’t as smooth as I had hoped.

My wife is absolutely thrilled with her diamond studs from Brian Gavin. The cut quality is outstanding—tons of sparkle in every lighting situation. The handcrafted martini settings are clean, elegant, and let the diamonds really shine.

Also want to give a big thank you to Katie, who made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. You can tell there’s real care behind both the craftsmanship and customer experience. Highly recommend!

Seamless experience. I'm based in the UK and a lovely lady called Emily helped me over emails and call to choose both the engagement for my fiancée and our wedding bands. The service was IMPECCABLE. Emily was responsive, gave great advice and was never pushy. She had all my best interest in mind and did not push for the bigger stone or most expensive option. Always fair and with great judgment. I had a specific model made, and Emily was extremly helpful and precise with the process and the different steps.

I purchased a diamond ring with a custom setting from Brian Gavin Diamonds for our 40th. I could not be happier with the final product. The diamond was a signature cut and the characteristics are superb. I was skeptical shopping online for such an important purchase and I was inclined to go with a bigger online name. At first my inquiries with them were curiosity and information gathering, but dealing with their customer service felt right and their signature series diamonds also comes with an ASET report, which I learned is a very valuable report when choosing a diamond. In the end, I was glad I chose Brian Gavin Diamonds.

I bought a lovely diamond tennis necklace, but my daughter said it wasn't her style, so I reached out about a return. Everyone was as friendly and helpful as if I was making a purchase. I was a bit nervous and a little worried, but they provided a shipping label, detailed instructions, and let me know as soon as it was received. So rest easy that they have your back no matter what!

Shopped for my first lab diamond at lots of online vendors for a present to myself and finally found my diamond from Brian Gavin. I just had it set
locally and it is absolutely gorgeous. I didn’t really NEED a D IF clarity but it was priced so reasonably so why not? Even the jeweler was impressed . Shout out to Emily for great customer service I am so pleased and hope to add to the sparkle again..maybe a necklace. :)
