Brian Gavin Diamonds and working with Emily was nothing short of exceptional. I am the type of person that takes 2 weeks of research to buy a cellphone case. Imagine how much time I spent reading up on BGD and all the questions I asked of Emily prior to purchase. She was very gracious and took the time via chat, and on the phone picking out the perfect diamonds and rings. I had my new rings and diamonds appraised by my local appraiser here in Boston, and they said the diamonds were spectacular and appraised for more than what I paid for. I had been specifically looking for a cushion hearts and arrows diamond and it is limited where they are sold. Came across Brian Gavin and I'm glad I did. Their representative that I was in contact with through my decision making was very informative. The quality of my diamond looks to be very good. I haven't mounted it on a setting yet, but I can't wait! I would deal with Brian Gavin again.

The quality of their stones and settings is incredible. Customer service Leslie Harris was awesome in arranging for my wife's engagement rings shipping and Emily Johnson in initial purchase consultation and arranging for a 1 year reconditioning to return the ring too it's like new condition and tightening the prongs. Their gift presentation box and special customized jewlers loop added to the excitement and celebration of the initial engagement presentation. I can't think of a better company to choose for quality diamonds and settings with incredible personalized service. These folks care!

Since I start browsing the website, it was a great experience. The diamond search and information provided helped me make a decision. Then I contacted the online Customer Service chat, and Emily responded quickly and answered all my questions, also she remained online during the purchase process and the transfer. She guided me through the whole process which took over two hours. Also, after purchase, Emily was very helpful in getting all my inquiries about design and delivery promtly. It was a great experience and exceeded my expectations. Finally, the ring, woooow it was amazing and I can say how much the ring is beautiful. She said yes and she looooved the ring. Although it was a slightly big, but the size was correct and as I have told them, i guess i didnt have the exact exact size. But the ring is spectacular. The quality in this piece is very evident with how much sparkle you get. You see many diamond bracelets with lesser color/cut/clarity. The stand out for this product is that the diamonds have all three - great color, clarity and, just as important, great cut.
