This is the 3rd purchase from Brian Gavin. Since my 1st purchase, I will never buy a diamond from anywhere else as the cut of the Black by Brian Gavin diamonds are spectacular!

I worked with Emily and she was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was very patient answering all of my questions. Her honesty was quite refreshing. The diamond I finally chose was beautiful!!! I highly recommend Brian Gavin. My guess is that you will be as satisfied and pleased with their product and service as I am.

I was shopping for a round brilliant lab diamond between 1.8 and 2.2ct with ideal cut proportions. I spoke with Emily via the online chat tool when I was interested in comparing two stones. I had a good idea of which stone I thought had a better cut, though it was less expensive than the other similar stone with slightly less ideal proportions. Emily told me to go with the less expensive of the two stones with the better proportions, suggesting that the advice they give is genuine. I ended up buying the loose stone and having it set by a local jeweler. The stone is beautiful! Their online inventory from the "select" line is definitely smaller than other online retailers, but their prices are significantly more competitive than James Allen or Blue Nile. If I had a larger budget, I would have opted for one of the Premium lab stones which are hand selected by Brian and guaranteed to have ideal cuts and hearts and arrows. Also a huge fan of the shipping options -- I was able to ship to my local Fedex insured for free, so I didn't have to wait at home for an insured package, which is a huge pain. VERY happy with my purchase and would shop here again.

The ring I ordered is beautiful, Katie kept me updated on the whole process and Lesley provided me all of the shipping details. Made the whole process very easy and look forward to future purchases.

The way Brian Gavin cuts his diamonds should be an industry standard. The light performance of the stone is truly amazing!
