The process of applying was pretty straight forward. Just waiting on approval.

Applications were a bit tricky to start,and they are very busy ,sometimes response times like phone call or emails can be long,but once through to the team are great and helpful

They don't make contact. I received a message to contact them 3 weeks ago. They don't answer the phone, it always rings off. Their promise is to get back to you in one business day. I have sent two emails with no response.

Trying to get a payout figure for probably the last year. Constant emails, can't phone as they don't answer or call back. I would never use them again. Can't believe i didn't read the reviews. This is pathetic. Do better. Got told I don't have the loan, so asked who the hell I was paying the money to then.

Most useless company ever, you cannot get hold of anyone via phone or email. Their website is no good either, does not let you upload the documents they require. Honestly don't go there!!!

Choose another company if at all possible. Terrible experience with this organisation. Almost certain to reject your application too and dent your credit score. Think very carefully about using this company.

Nb: the company appears to invite only those individuals that are happy with their experience to weight in favour of a higher score. Not buying that approach!!

The fact you are not able to make weekly payments. They make it hard for struggling people. They put profits over people

This company would be the worst I have ever uncounted.
I have been waiting for about six months for a loan only to be rejected with no explanation.
I have never been refused credit, but they refuse to tell me why on come sort of security, absolute BS.
Pity there is a no star rating.

I applied for a loan with Brighte recently and can agree with the reviews I have read here. They would be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I had trouble communicating, their employee's english was poor and made the whole process stressful.

BUNCH OF IDIOTS THAT SIT BEHIND A SCREEN AND HAVENT DONE A DAYS HARD WORK, WHAT IS OUR WORLD COMING TO, JUST WASTED MY TIME.

Denied finance via a curt email. Refuse to give any reason as to why, claiming confidentiality, which is utter BS, given that it is my personal information. After reading so many very poor recent reviews I think we may have dodged a bullet
