Very unhappy with assistance. Multiple emails, long wait time for customer service on phone calls. Need to update my personal information and was told my personal email is not good enough and I need to create a new one. Will be settling my account and closing it. Do not recommend.

No support for Small Business
As a merchant trying to apply for this product in order to grow my small business I am beyond dissapointed with the lack of customer service and reasoning behind their decisions. Zip is obviously not here to support the growth of small business in Australia but to help the big corporations get bigger. This service does nothing to level up the playing field for small business in Australia. Don't waste your time applying! They only care about big business, and refuse to speak to you directly or give you explanations in plain English.

My experience with Zip has been extremely frustrating. I made purchases of only $3,398, but have already paid over $3,600 and still owe $1,279.
I have not used Zip for 4 years, yet the balance continues to increase because of interest and fees.
Even accessing my own account is a problem — I have repeatedly had to contact Zip just to get access.
Think twice before using this company. You may pay far more than you ever expected

Zip is poor my order was delivered and was broke I contacted zip was told to return to Walmart so I did Walmart took the return and gave me a receipt told me my return would be in 14 days . Zip still took payments for my purchase never refunded me when ask for a supervisor was told only can email that never happen so beware of Zip the crooks
