I worked as a HR and safety professional in my life pre kids. In the last few years, we started our own small labour hire business. I had some of the documents i needed but no HR information system / intranet and also no system for reminders for renewing medicals / licences / training etc.
Signed up to Bright HR and WOWZA. I am beyond happy with the system. So easy to navigate and I've worked in a lot of HR systems for large companies.
The information provided is perfect.
Katrina did my initial introductory training and she was wonderful, made the process so enjoyable.
There is a lot of work to do to set all our systme up, but worth it in the end, especially as we work in a hightly regulated industry.
I also have always worked with a HR manager over me to bounce off, and having the HR hotline / safety hotline is great. I can get confirmation on legislation, check with award classifications which can be tricky. Very much worth the money. Honestly LOVE this!
