I'm very happy with this mattress topper. It's comfortable, good quality, and has made a real difference to my sleep. Since using it, I've been sleeping much better and waking up feeling more rested. I would definitely recommend it.

Early days but enjoying the comfort of the new topper. I’m not tossing and turning so much and feel much fresher and rested when I waken. Good buy I think.

This trader is in no way a legitimate company I have email's saying I will be getting a refund but wks and wks later nothing, they never reply to my email and have stopped any messages for a month now.i am so sorry I was ever persuaded by their lies false promises.We are both in our late 70s but this even falls on deaf ears

Good quality and really helps with sleep and excellent delivery

Very awkward return process. Overly long email explaining return process with unclear instructions initially. No response for a long time about my return. I have to pay for postage for a large bulky item. Cheeky 60 day return method in place that is bound to catch customers out. Avoid if you think you might want to test out their product and return. Too difficult return process for such a personal item as something that you sleep on.

(in response to Brightr- I don't recall the exact wording, but it said something to the effect of me not being able to return the topper and get a full refund until the 60 days was up. The returns portal didn't work the first few times I tried it.)

Avoid, avoid, avoid! They are very quick to take your money but the 100 days trial is a scam! They do not refund you despite multiple chasers and enquiries. I ordered a mattress topper from them to firm up my mattress to co-sleep with my newborn baby. We used it for 2 nights and removed as it slid around and actually made the mattress more unsafe for baby. I kept it safe and clean until the 60 day free return window and sent it back. It was confirmed as received and that it was undamaged but months later I am still awaiting the refund that “has been processed”. I have resorted to disputing the payment through my bank.

Good quality stuff

A perfect comfortable and supportive pillow. The pillowcases are great, cool in the summer period and anti-aging copper infused.
The shopping and delivery experience was very easy convenient.
The mattress topper I ordered from Brightr Sleep is really comfortable too.

Service excellent? Only down side was that you did not put down my flat door number, almost did not get my delivery, the concierge managed to retrieve my package as she new I was awaiting on delivery,

Lots of information on website regarding mattress. Looks good, nice quality product.

I am still trying out the mattress topper so I can’t yet give a proper assessment on it. But I have to say the delivery was amazingly quick from ordering to delivery only 2 days. Customer service has been very good also. The topper looks top quality, just need a bit more time.

On time, good communication, great products, fair price and when I forgot to add the discount code at point of sale and emailed customer service they refunded the discount to me. This was my third purchase from them and all have been great experiences .would highly recommend.

Very efficient service. Titan topper (so far) has been great for my degenerative spine disease and stenosis. Reasonably priced compared to top rated competitors. Would recommend.

The quality of the product and the fast delivery

Quick service and loved the pillow I purchased. Been having restless sleep and decided a new pillow was required. Loved the little survey that you can take which takes you to a recommendation. I took the recommendation and have no regrets. Sleep is so much better.

I think the 20% 1 star reviews and constant reports of refunds not being issued says it all really! My mum placed an order for a mattress and suffered all issues mentioned by most reviews here, awful return process and refund not being issued despite multiple chasers!

No doubt ill get the obligatory response of not finding the order and standard feedback. Hopefully people are more savvy then my mum and know to check these reviews first.

Def a company to avoid! Ill be raising a chargeback through our credit card company, no point continuing contact with the company.

Topper is an extra layer on top of my matress and certainly has helped me both in obtaining a good night's sleep and realignment of my back. Seems to be very well made and I have the choice of firm and extra firm. The free pillows that came with were a bonus. Would recommend.
