Shady business with dishonest practices and unreliable service

Immediate transfers can take hours to be credited. Otherwise excellent. Nice cashback (0.5%, occasionally 1%).

Update (03/29/2026): Ordered something on Amazon.es. Paid with Brighty. Payment refused due to "insufficient funds" despite having enough funds. Topped up my account. Paid. They used PLN instead of EUR and charged €1.4 "card payment international fee". Immediatelly cancelled the order. They charged another €1.38 "card payment international fee".

Update (04/07/2026): Couldn't pre-order something because my Visa card didn't work. Had to wait ~48 hours for resolution. Brighty admitted the issue but refused any responsibility, provided no timeline, and suggested I use a Mastercard card I don't have.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience you faced, particularly with the Visa card issue. During that time, there was a temporary technical disruption affecting Visa payments, and while our team worked to resolve it as quickly as possible, we understand the impact it had on your purchase.

As an alternative, we offered the option to issue a Mastercard, which is available free of charge within the app and was not affected by this issue. We did our best to provide a workaround under the circumstances, though we understand this may not have fully met your expectations at the time.

I’ve had a very positive experience…

I’ve had a very positive experience using Brighty so far. The app is intuitive and easy to use, even for someone managing multiple currencies and investments. I especially appreciate the wide range of supported currencies and the flexibility between crypto and fiat.
Customer support has been responsive and helpful, which is very important when dealing with financial services. I also find the investment tools interesting and innovative, it’s great to see new solutions being developed in the fintech space.
I’m looking forward to seeing how Brighty continues to evolve and expand its features in the future.

I give a 4 stars due to issues with VISA cards. My opinion was slowly changing from 1 star up to 4 stars. There's improvements. Generally I'm satisfied.

IT'S A SCAM !

First, the app says you'll get 10$ free. They say the only steps you have to complete is to verify your identity and you'll get 10$. It's a total scam. When you verify your identity you get nothing, literally. And also, they say you can invite friends to get 10$ for each friend and it's a scam too. After verification it only says "you can't invite friends now".

And as you can see by the reviews, they also scam money you try to deposit (probably on big quantities).

Thank you for your feedback! You are completely correct that we have a promotional campaign which requires you to register to our App to receive free 10 USDC. This amount is automatically added to your cashback balance in the App "Rewards" section. Please check - you should find it there!

If it's still not visible, please reach out to our support team at support@brighty.app and we'll do our best to assist you in this case.

Additionally, I want to mention that we do not have any referral campaigns for friend invitations nor it was promoted anywhere by us. If you could share where you have found this misleading information, we'd be glad to clarify the situation.

Det er en ren vits

Jeg overførte 10.000 € den 16. december, og siden da har pengene været fastlåst. To måneder uden nogen som helst reaktion fra Brighty. Nu er overførslen annulleret, og jeg har stadig ikke fået mine penge.
Jeg brugte tjenesten i et stykke tid, og alt fungerede fint. Selv når jeg havde et problem, hjalp supporten mig med det samme. Nogle af mine venner bruger også tjenesten, men de har aldrig oplevet en sådan situation! Jeg fortalte dem om det, og de er allerede holdt op med at bruge deres service, fordi den måde, de behandler deres kunder på, er uacceptabel – de undgår at hjælpe mig eller gøre noget som helst.
Jeg har kontaktet supporten igen og igen, og alt, hvad jeg får, er det samme ubrugelige svar: »Vi undersøger sagen.« Det er en ren vits.

Bloque mon argent avec son message des quon se connecte

Les gens qui ont ete bloquer leur argent ecrivez moi v74thonon outlook.fr , je vous aiderai a porter partie civile avec moi au trubunal je suis juriste.
Malgre que j ai ecrit par chat le 30/01/26 car brighty m a bloquer mon argent qui se trouve dans mon cpte wallet de brighty, il dit je dois lui repondre a ses 10 questions sauf qu il y a une question hors la loi fr a savoir il veut je lui montre mes 6 derniers releves bancaire. Seul le juge, le servicr fiscal demandent des cas particuliers seulement ou des banques demandent si on emprunte largent et que le solde des 3 derniers mois. Brighty abuse. Je conteste cet abus et je le met en demeure 4 jours ouvrer de me rendre mon argent sinon je porterai plainte au procureur de la republique pour abus d autorite, de minterdire de rapatrier mon argent avec de fortes dommages et interet. Si jene lui repond pas a ses questions il ne peut que restituer mon argent ce qui nest pas le cas en mettant un grand message pour mempecher de rapatrier mon argent. Cest du vol ca. Il n a pas le droit de bloquer mon argent. Il pretexte que je dois lui repondre or je ne suis pas obliger de repondre a 1 question hors la loi et il na pas le droit de bloquer mon argent. Cette affaire sera suivi de pres. Je suis juriste. Il prend des clients pour qui ? Mon argent sort de ma banque Fr cest legal il veut se sustituer au juge ? A fuir brighty. Il sait qui jr suis mon initiale HN. Je vous connais vous parlez a chaque fois votre position comme un dialogue de sourd donc seul le tribunal tranchera. On ne peut pas discuter avec brighty, il parle comme un robot meme si on lexplique

That is the reason we requested additional information about the transactions in your case on January 29th. Since the response was negative, the money were returned to your provided bank account 2 working days later - on February 2nd.

All documentation was provided privately and we are more than happy to answer any additional concerns if needed.

I lost 5.000 USD

This is unthinkable and looks like a scam!
I lost 5.000 USD when I tried to transfer it to my Brighy account. Brighty support has been silent for 20 days, despite being online. They froze my account without any explanation! They just asked me for documents and I provided them the same day, but they are silent.

If you also want to lose all your savings, you can open a Brighty account. Give me my money back!

Brighty.app claims that their customer service is available 24/7, but this is not true. On 24 December 2025, I made a USDC transfer which, according to them, was blocked by their system. Since that day, no one has responded to any of the messages I have sent. Be wary of them, they are not reliable.

Aplicația este actualizată la o frecvență moderată, iar fiecare actualizare va optimiza funcțiile și va remedia problemele. Mai mult, pachetul de actualizare este foarte mic și nu va ocupa prea multă memorie pe telefonul mobil.

I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this exchanger. My funds have been stuck for an unreasonable amount of time, and they still won’t allow me to withdraw my own money. The amount involved is under €1,000, yet they keep demanding unnecessary documents like my bank account statement to prove the source of funds, which feels completely excessive and unjustified for such a small transaction.

Their communication has been slow and unhelpful, and I feel like I’m being given the runaround instead of a real solution. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience, and I cannot recommend this service to anyone who values transparency and timely access to their funds.

I recently started using Brighty, and so far I'm happy with everything. Automatic account opening didn't work, but support was quick to help. I topped up my account with USDC, and the funds arrived instantly. The USDC-EUR exchange fee is small, but I'd like it to be free. I'd also like to see no fee for SEPA withdrawals, or at least 1 euro instead of 3. Otherwise, everything is fine so far.
