Firstly let’s start with the poor service from start to finish, ordered the bristey kids tracker which took weeks to come only to find out it doesn’t do what is described on there website description. Emailed bristey to get a refund and they offered me discounts after multiple times telling them I want a full refund. Then they try the you’ll have to pay to return it which you dont have to under the consumer rights act. So thought it would be easier to deal with the bank which refunded me the money. The company are a scam don’t buy from here.

I purchased 2 x children's trackers which were not functioning as described on receipt. So far I have been offered partial refunds and partial store credit under the threat of it being very expensive to me to return to their warehouse abroad, despite consumer laws meaning that as the items are not as described and unfit for purpose they would be responsible for the return cost. I have tried to point out my legal rights and ask to return the products for a full refund, but to no avail so will most likely have to ask my credit card company to resolve the issue.

I was looking for an e collar for my dog. I read the description of the collars and also the reviews. This product met my needs. I'm hoping it lives up to the description. The price was also affordable.

After emailing over 30 times to explain to Bristley that their product has caused £5000 worth of damage, and my last email that states, and I quote “Can you not read the previous 30 emails where I have stated that I WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN OR REFUND, ONLY COMPENSATION FOR THE DAMAGES CAUSED, I can’t keep sending the same email where I state this in black and white. You keep replying the same copy and paste response, BLATANTLY disregarding the £5000 of damage caused. This is your last chance to send me the compensation of £5000. If not, I will be posting a 3rd review of my service and a copy of this joke of a reply I’ve received form yourselves on Trustpilot, and any other review website I can get a hold off. I will also be taking this case to the small claims court, where you will have to present yourselves and your scamming business to the judges. I have gathered proof of my case and the fraudulent item I received, plus the many cases of other customers experience with Bristleys selling of fraudulent items and drop shipping store. I highly suggest you read this email through and through and make a genuine informed decision with what you would like to do moving forward. There will be no mention of returns in your reply email. There will be no mention of store credit in your reply email. There will be no mention of anything other than your agreement to send the compensation of £5000 for the damage Bristley has caused. Or your refusal, in which case I will begin with the court fillings for a lengthy claim against your company.

Again, if there is ANY mention of store credit, returns etc I will take that as an immediate dismissal of my compensation and will proceed with the filling of the case.”

This is just blaintant disrespect for what I have instructed. They are completely neglecting my request at the compensation for my £5000

This Company should stop operating in UK.This is a scam!
I am now in a dispute over the return.
Do not listen to them, you do not have to post their fakes back to China to get a refund. Or partial refund. They have shipped their fraudulent stuff through UK based hub. This means they have to refund in full. Call your bank and you will be refunded and your bank will take money from them. “Bristey” is operating illegally.

You are a private company and I try not to deal with Amazon and multi-nationals, so what not to like.

Still haven't been contacted by Emma at customer services who replied saying she would be looking into issues.

Beware buying from this company. They don't adhere to returns policy and saying I need to send the faulty items back to china at my own expense.

Cheap products shipped from china.

I liked the look of the product and the price. However, I've been scammed a couple times already, so I hope I get what was advertised.
