Application should allow for attaching prior pictures of insured jewelry.
Greater information about company financials and ratings are needed. I almost went to competitor at higher price because of that. I'm still nervous about it but appreciate business model.

My experience with BriteCo was fantastic. Teagyn Lindley, who was the claims coordinator I worked with was awesome. She kept in constant contact with me from the first day I submitted my claim. If she didn't hear from me for a little while she reached out to me to see if I had the information needed to close out the claim and get me paid. The claims process was simple and I got paid soon after submitting the reimbursement form with the appropriate receipt.
Based on this experience I would highly recommend using BriteCo to insure your jewlery.

Do not use this company
Do not use this company. They have a "Cancel for Any Reason" rider that I purchased and they will not honor it. Their reasoning is that it does not override the original policy terms of canceling the event. They falsly advertised this item. I had a number of catastrophic events happen in my home and i couldn't afford to pay for the wedding any longer. The honorees stated that they wanted to forgo covering the expense of huge wedding and use the money towards a home which is "A Change of Heart." They twisted my verbal statment accused me of knowing of financial hardship prior to purchasing the policy for my daughters wedding. I have never been accused of being a scam artist but I guess there's a first time for everything.
