Excellent Claims Experience and Outstanding Customer Service!
I insured my engagement ring with BriteCo for five years. Unfortunately, I lost my ring while shopping and had to file my very first claim.
From the beginning, the claims process was incredibly easy and stress free. I was able to choose my own jeweler, and my ring was replaced with a beautiful replica within just six weeks. I was extremely pleased with how smoothly everything went.
After receiving my replacement ring, I experienced a minor setback when attempting to add it to my policy. However, after reaching out and explaining my concerns, the team took the time to review my situation and ultimately reinstated my insurance coverage.
I truly appreciate their willingness to listen, address my concerns, and make things right. Losing something as sentimental as an engagement ring is heartbreaking, but having an insurance company that follows through on its promises makes all the difference.

So many details to take care of for a wedding and BriteCo makes this so easy and quick. I was able to click on the link sent to me by our venue and all of their information was pre-loaded so buying the insurance took less than 5 minutes! Also the venue was cc'd on the purchase so I didn't have to send multiple emails letting them know insurance had been purchased. Thank you!
