Quick & Easy!
The steps to complete the claim process was very quick and straight forward. My claims adjuster, Lisa Passen, and claims coordinator, Teagyn Lindley were great. They were quick with communication, prompt in their actions and made this process super easy and stress-free for me. I am appreciative of this because I didnt imagine such a stressful situation to be so easy. I'd like to end this off with the fact that I start communications with insurance companies with very little confidence. This experience has boasted my confidence in knowing I'm covered and the process won't be gruesome for any future mishaps. I really appreciate everyone who gave me their attention on their claim as it was a sentimental piece of jewelry for me and getting it quickly replaced was priority #1.
