British Lofts Reviews

I was made up with the service couldn’t have asked for more so good very quick and very professional I couldn’t recommend them enough 5*

Excellent communication . Fitter arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

From the very start a straightforward process. A survey to check what was doable, and what I actually wanted was factored into this. A quick quote was forthcoming and then a fitting date was arranged. Text messages and email reminders were sent in advance of each visit (my loft took a little more time to finish due to its size). Each day that they came the team were friendly and worked really hard to get the loft done quickly but to standard, answering any questions I had along the way, and cleaning up afterwards.Explained how everything worked and cleaned up afterwards.

The whole process was fantastic from first call to them finishing the work. We was able to agree on a price that came within my budget. The man who came to fit the boarding was exceptionally good at his job. He covered the stairs before doing anything then once he had finished tidied up everything. His workmanship was brilliant. I am so pleased with the extra storage I now have and would fully recommend this company to come and do yours if that's what you want.

Fantastic company . Very friendly and understanding of my needs . Can't really fault them . They stay in contact throughout the planning being very easy to talk to . Highly recommend them . Very fair pricing cheapest in my area .

Very pleased with my installation, reasonable price, was shown each stage with pictures and a very polite young chap installed my insulation who also talked it through with me step by step Ms T Pole

Fantastic Service, I would highly recommend BL, I would give 6 stars If could, thank you Bruce and team ******

Fantastic communication. Work was carried out days after I was given the quote.
I had insulation, a new loft hatch & a loft ladder fitted. & they carried it all out in one day.
They cleaned up after themselves & did an amazing job.
I highly recommend them

I had an installation of loft boarding, ladder and light done recently and I highly recommend this company. The communication from start to finish was fantastic. The person that came and did my quote was professional and informative. On installation day the 2 people that turned up (sorry I can’t remember names) were incredible, I was so impressed with them, they were so professional, friendly and worked incredibly hard, it was a particularly hot day too, so it couldn’t have been easy but they just got on with it. The finish is great and I’m so happy with the work done. I have never been able to get up into my loft but I can now and the extra space is incredible. Thank you

They are vey helpful, trust worthy, & very efficient. Highly recommended

Everyone I dealt with was kind and that’s the most important thing to me and my family.i had half my loft boarded and they are flexible to get the other half done within 2 years for the agreed price. Couldn’t have asked for more. Able to pay by credit card aswell which was very helpful and other companies couldn’t offer because I’d just moved and was something that was needed urgent. Quick helpful communication, no delays. Would recommend to anyone. Thankyou

Wow! From Bruce picking up my online contact request within 30 minutes to Lee coming to measure up for a quote and then finally to Craig and Jake coming to actually board out the loft, every interaction has been superb!

I’m so impressed with their level of service and professionalism and highly recommend this firm. They ensured that sheets were down to protect the carpet and tidied up so well, you’d never know they’d been there!

Also, I was advised that our cavity wall insulation holes would be letting damp in as they were blown and to contact the original suppliers as that could cause us issues in the future. This I’ve done tonight under their 25 year guarantee.

We wouldn’t have had that extra free advice with anyone else so an extra bonus!

You won’t be disappointed at asking British Lofts to board your loft out!

From the phone call to the inspection, quotation and installation, it was an absolute pleasure having the British Lofts team install our new loft access and storage area. They were prompt polite and clean working. Thank you very much.

Thank you so much to Lee, Bruce and the Team!

Found the whole process very easy, came out quoted, booked a date. Text message and email reminders in advance. On the day the team were friendly and worked really hard to get the loft done quickly but to standard. Explained how everything worked and cleaned up after themselves too! Thoroughly recommended.
