Britishbedco

This company is fabulous . They were very professional from start to finish . The quality of the bed / headboard / mattress and ottoman box is first class and I would highly recommend to anyone . The price was very reasonable for the quality and standard . 5 star all day long

I ordered a bed from here and I have to say the bed is beautiful and customer service was excellent they forgot a part for the bed but after contacting them it was delivered within a few days so would definitely recommend this company .

Order samples for the material and colours.. then when on to order the bed I had chosen. Was made before the time frame that I expected it to be. Bed was so easy to put together and looked amazing once all set up!!
Highly recommend British Bed Co.

Great price, looks expensive and am happy with it just wish it was a little lighter in colour but that’s my fault for not getting a sample. Reason for 4 stars is only due to one screw missing to secure headboard together.

Great priced beds, very good communication as I was needing time to finish house extension. Totally understood when I needed to change colour scheme . Would highly recommend. Good delivery slots...as I live alone & work shifts..

Great service and a quality mattress. This is the third mattress I have purchased over the years and can’t fault them.

Absolutely incredible service from Thai company, constant communication through out the whole process, cheapest around and reliable! 5 stars!

Bought two beds from this company now & would be a returning customer if I ever chose to change beds again.
First bed I bought was an ottoman lift bed & I felt it was rather noisy so with 3 kids in the house it was returned. Returning with their guarantee was almost too easy. The funds were returned almost instantly. Old bed was picked up with no issues. Delivery drivers were fab also.
This company is literally cutting out the middleman so to speak. You are basically buying directly from supplier rather than paying hundreds more for another bigger company raking in the profit imo.
I have recommended this company to others as I feel they don’t get enough good rep for the good quality beds they sell.
Ive had my 2nd bed for 7 months now & I couldn’t be happier with it.
I would recommend ordering fabric samples prior to ordering though as some of the certain fabrics vary in colour but all in all 10/10.

Recived my new bed today, it was so quick and delivered right on time and in only 4days.its absolutely beautiful, The service was amazing, the delivery driver was so helpful and polite and credit to the company.

The bed is very pretty its very nice I like it

Fantastic customer service. I needed to swap the headboard for a smaller size and it was sorted really quick. The bed is great I’d definitely recommend and use this company again.

Brilliant. Amazing bed, material is so soft. Easy instructions to put the bed together. Easy to order. Communication was brilliant from confirmation to delivery. Can’t fault it.

Ordered our daughters bed on the Friday night and it was delivered hassle free on the Wednesday, bed looks great and British bed co do great deals too all in all chuffed with how the whole thing went

The team at British bed co were fantastic when I ordered my bed, I had lots of questions and even wanted to customise my order and they helped me every step of the way. Delivery was exactly when they advised. So happy with my bed it is beautiful.

Delivery was quick and team was replying swiftly as well.

Delivered when said with no problems at all. Easy put together and it was exactly as I hoped it would be. Definitely recommend

Please DO NOT be put off my the low rating or negative feedback as honestly if I listened I wouldn’t of ordered BUT I took the risk and thought nope every business deserves a 2nd chance :) and SO glad I did!!! From ordering to delivery I couldn’t find one fault.. rapid online order speedy helpful delivery slot and drivers and WOW what a dream luxury bed made to measure 70 height headboard sturdy solid well built even got the blanket box to match and I’m blown away money well spent

Bed came on time. Delivery driver took a while to figure out which bed off the van we were meant to have and started unloading the wrong one at first but corrected mistake before everything was off.
Bed was simple enough to put together and a lot of storage under the ottoman. The only negative I have so far after having the bed since February, is there is no base to the bed. Everything stored under is just on the floor. Apart from that it’s a lovely bed and I would consider the company again when looking for beds in the future.

High quality bed for less money, quick and efficient delivery. Highly recommended

I love this bed (ottoman storage bed). Its well made, was pretty easy for 2 people to assemble, and looks great. Delivery was when they said it would be.
