Well what fantastic service. Jason went above the call of duty to provide items I had ordered for delivery to Menorca. Through no fault of their own, it was far from easy due to Spanish Customs. That’s Brexit for you. They incurred extra expense that no other company I have dealt with have swallowed. His communication was efficient & speedy. I could not have asked for more from a company. Customer for life. Thank you Jason & team for your efforts. It is greatly appreciated.

Very great experience! Got the snacks quickly, within a week. Furthermore, the price point to receive free shipping was reasonable, and will allow us to buy the snacks we miss and stay stocked for a couple months. Will definitely use again!!

3 weeks and waiting
I placed an order on July 4th, with the expectation of receiving it on July 19th.
The last update on it's location was a week ago when it was "In Transit". After waiting 3 weeks I assume that it is lost, or on the back of a donkey in the Andes...

We haven't heard from you with your concerns before this review, and we're sad to see you leave a 1-star review.
Your order was placed on the 3rd July and shipped out the next day. However, once a shipment is sent overseas, its delivery time is beyond our control. Opting for DHL Express ensures quicker delivery as it utilizes the same courier network throughout. In contrast, selecting Royal Mail results in a loss of tracking once the parcel has been scanned internationally. Once your package arrives in Colombia, you will receive an update from your local courier.
Unfortunately, packages to Colombia are currently experiencing longer delays than usual. One package took 30 days to arrive, so we are hopeful that you will receive yours by next week or, at the very least, have an update from your local courier.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope you reconsider the 1 star review since it’s based on the shipping time not our service overall.

Five star customer service.
Although there was an issue with the customs declaration on my order which caused a delay in shipping, I'd still give British Cravings 5 stars.
They immediately identified the problem, owned their mistake and kept in direct contact with me about the status of my order, I cannot fault their customer service.
Their website is easy to use, they have a great range of products and I'm really impressed with the cost of shipping conpared to competitors.
I'm really excited to have found a reliable company to source my favourite British treats from.

Excellent communication and customer service
I ordered some biscuits from British Cravings to South Africa. South African customs gave a bunch of issues so it took a while to arrive, but Jason from British Cravings was there every step of the way to check in and answer all my questions. I have now received the product and I am very happy. A lot of care was taken to package the product to avoid damage.
