NOT FROM UK, it's from ALIEXPRESS CHINA !! I called them on the local UK number but always going onto voicemail. I saw advertisements everywhere on FB Reels, TikTok etc. Commented stating it's no from the UK and it's a scam, they took the advertisement down straight away. That just proved this is NOT a genuine company or product ! Totally reporting this. I can't stand scammers ! I want my money back !

Disgraceful.... I purchased 2 x pillows at a whooping £65 odd, took 2½ weeks to arrive. And when it did there was 1 missing.
Now needing to wait for them to reply.

Not sure if my pillow is genuine it has no label on pillow as it shows on website, no packing slip in parcel. It is not as deep as it appears on advert. Having slept on it, it is ok,but becomes very warm.
