Beautiful flowers and friendly service. There was an issue with delivery which I had to chase up on the day but, once I had raised it, it was resolved promptly.

A great addition to Herne Hill
Brothers Green is such a fab addition to Herne Hill. The shop is wonderful and has such a great selection of plants, pots, clothing and home accessories. I ordered my wreath from them for Christmas and it was delivered quickly and the wreath was presented so beautifully. It really made me happy seeing it on my front door over the festive period. Found this online.. I like to shop local. My daughter had just moved to the area and I sent flowers. Danny was so kind to contact me to ask where they could leave the flowers as no one was at home. The flowers are absolutely beautiful.

Flowers Not as Described
The flowers were wilted and arrived a day late. From the Royal Mail tracking it confirmed the flowers had been in transit 4 days (Sunday 21st to Wednesday 24th).

I was really saddened to hear your experience was not a positive one and that there was a delay with delivery.
The feedback we receive is almost 100% positive for both the quality of our bouquets and our delivery service. I wholeheartedly apologise that this was not the case for your order.
We did dispatch your order on Monday on a next day service to be received on Tuesday. The tracking info appears as being dispatched on Sunday but this is just the day that we book in our orders and print our dispatch labels for the following day.
We find that Royal Mail offers the most reliable service for a 24hr delivery in the UK. I’m really sorry that this was not the case for your order and that it took an additional day to arrive.
The hydration gel we use is a top quality gel that is not only designed to keep our flowers hydrated in transit but is also packed with flower food to increase the vase life of our flowers. We usually find this keeps our flowers in good condition, even in the rare instances that they are delayed in transit. I’m assuming that the stems may have come out of contact with the gel in transit which may have been caused by rough handling of the box along the way.
We've reached out to you to follow up and hope you're happy with the solution we've offered to make good on these issues.

Lonnie and class were amazing
Lonnie was great! I've never made a terrarium before, he was patient in explanations, made the experience feel personal for everyone, was funny and we had a really fun time. And now I have a gorgeous terrarium to keep forever!

Beautiful Christmas Wreath
My living Christmas wreath is just glorious. It is everything I hoped it would be - it looks amazing, smells delightful and the pink peppercorns match my pink front door beautifully. Every time I open my door a passer-by compliments it and rightly so! So thank you Danny and the team - another big gold star for Brothers Green! Merry Christmas x

Recipient loved them. I appreciated that the bouquet did resemble the website photo as the design was unusual / stylish. I also liked that you were notified when the flowers were on the way. Normally I'm wondering all day if the flowers were delivered with other florists.

Fun at Christmas Wreath Workshop…
Joined their Christmas Wreath Workshop last week and thoroughly enjoyed it 👍 Lonnie’s instructions were clear and easy to understand, and I came out with a beautiful wreath. A shop-bought could cost the same or even more; the workshop was a fantastic way to enjoy making it, as well as coming home with a gorgeous wreath, all made by me from scratch! They also have a treasure trove of vintage clothing, worth a rummage.
