This ice cap stays cold for longer than others I've tried, without too much weight! I'd prefer it with even less compression, but this feature is also less overwhelming than other ice caps I've tried. Great product!

Perfect for relief
I used the cap a few timed before leaving a review but honestly on the first use I was satisfied. It was instantly relieving especially around the temples. As someone with chronic headache/migraines I have been skeptical that this sort of product could make any difference. However the compression with the cold was a game changer for me. Especially in helping avoid a headache from getting worse. I did not use it warm only cold. The compression is not overwhelming and feels evenly distrubuted so that you feel a sense of relief wherever you need it placed. The thick gel material gets cold but not overpowering even after hours in the freezer it remains smooth, even, and does not get firm. Even once the cold fades after about 30 minutes it remains cool enough and the compression is enough to provide some relief. The flaps over the eyes flip up so you can see while using it. This is helpful but if my head is particularly sensitive it does feel like it adds to the compression a bit. This would be my only thing to improve or figure out the most comfortable way to place it if that was the primary way I planned to use it. I also like that you can easily keep it in the fridge in the reusable bag it comes in. I received this product to review but have already purchased another one for my sister.

Positive experience with the gloves
I ordered the compression gloves and computer wrist glove because they are Arthritis Foundation Ease of Use products. They feel great and have helped alleviate the discomfort I am feeling.
The items were delivered quickly with no issues.

They can itch
They itch when I have the rubber side against my skin. I accidentally put them on one night with the rubber side to the outside and they don’t itch now. I do wear the sleeve nightly now and I think it is helping.
