Initially I had difficulty with placing my order and did not receive confirmation that the order had been placed, so I started over. Then I discovered that two orders had been placed. However, when I called customer service, this mistake was corrected, only one order was shipped, and I was charged for only one order. Except for this initial problem, the process was great! Thank you for your help! My husband loves his gloves! And my order arrived two days earlier than predicted!

INFLATION AND TARIFFS
The order was correct and it will do. It is just I wanted to replace my older one but it is clearly 2 to 3 times larger than the ones I received. That is the price of inflation and tariffs, I guess. Things get smaller but charged the same price.

This company is amazing
This company is amazing. I put in a P.O. Box for the Christmas present I got my mom and a human being called me and told me they needed a physical address. I called the number back and the same lovely person answered the phone, took the address and got the package out that day! I hope they keep using real people to answer their phones and help their customers. It was so refreshing in this age of useless AI phone loops thay do nothing but frustrate customers. And the products are amazing! I got my mom the arthritis gloves to help with her reinards syndrome and she reported her finger tips were not white while knitting once she started using them. Amazing!

The compression gloves fit nicely
The compression gloves fit nicely. However, they are not what I expected. I expected the material to be similar to compression socks and restrict thumb movement. They are a nice soft knit material.

I received the product that I ordered…
I received the product that I ordered promptly—within a week—but I was not informed during that ordering process that the package would be shipped to my home in stead of to my post office box as I requested. The UPS driver who delivered it just dropped the package on the ground outside of my door and left. I did not see it until I went outside the next day. Anyone could have stolen it. You should offer more than one kind of delivery.

Just received today...I have pretty bad arthritis in my thumbs and the joint to my wrist...they are very comfy and the recommendation from an arthritis institution sold me, just worried they won't stay snug enough...next time, and there WILL BE a next time, I may try the XS size.
