Browse has a great front for being honest - I thought I did a thorough check when I ordered a product. Completely a scam. Looked like everything was good, told me the product would take 8-12 weeks which was fine but now in my account it states I should have received it a month ago and now is no way to contact anybody. Have sent several emails but crickets. Now starting a dispute with my bank.

Product never rec’d. Emailed & got a ridiculous response, including perhaps a family mbr or neighbor retrieved it from the mail?? That assuredly did NOT happen.
Would give -0- stars if given the option.
Will NEVER order again.

I ordered almost $300 in merchandise and never received it. I’ve contacted them for months and can’t get a response. This was Aug 29 and it’s Nov 22, 24.
Be careful before ordering!

I placed an order on Feb 10th, with shipping in 8-14 days. I have reached out with multiple requests for an update. No reply or acknowledgement of any of the request. Why should this be so difficult to respond to a first time customer?

Ordered a makeup case. It finally arrived with a broken mirror and missing pieces. Contacted company several times and they quit responding. Just wanted to know how to return and get a refund. Finally had to contact my credit card company. Will never buy from them again!!

Ornaments
The cardinal ornaments were terrible quality. Definitely would not give them as gifts so disappointed. Ornaments were stamped and details smeared. Would be happy to return. Prefer my money refunded. I have tried numerous times over the past few weeks sending emails to customer service. No one has responded. So, here I am. Trying another avenue to get someone to respond.

Ordered necklace and got step by step notices as the item went through the system.

Very impressed that they do have their act together and would suggest others to order from them if they maintain their high standards of delivery notifications.

Still waiting on my order from the beginning of December! Starting to think this is a scam.

The items I ordered were not to my satisfaction. Definitely would not give them as gifts so disappointed.i wanted them for a brother who got hurt bad in an auto accident and his significant other was killed at the scene. I want items for gifts. Truly upset and want my refund is all and I will send the products back.

Order 5 spoons for grandkids at Christmas received 2 out of 5. They won't refund or send remaining product. Asked us to send pictures. Don't waste your time or money on them

I ordered from this company 12/9/2022 expecting a confirmation email. Did Not happen. I checked my Credit Card - $66.45 was deducted immediately. Unable to contact company. NOT HAPPY at this point. Will be contacting my Credit Card company!!!

I ordered 2 items from Browze, one was correct but the other, a double plant pot holder is completely different from the one ordered, it metal and though quite attractive is not what I thought I was getting as the original was wooden to match my decor not black metal.

This company has a lot of wonderful and unique knick knacks for making your day to day a little more interesting! Their prices for these unique products are reasonable and affordable. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

I found Browze almost a year ago now and I'm so overjoyed I found it! From kitchen utensils to personal hygiene items it has it all. The prices are good for what you are getting. I love all the different items it has.

Browze is easy to shop and has so many great items at great prices! If you want to find some unique items you can find those too! There are just so many useful things at Browze that you really need to go take some time to browse around for yourself!

Ordered a few items including 6 overpriced Christmas toilet rolls. Now in January have not received most of the order. Not getting a good response to my asking for a refund especially as I do not want the items so much after Christmas. Keep wanting me to wait for delivery. Consider not a reliable supplier and best avoided.

I love Browze. I bought a cell phone/tablet holder from them and I love that thing. It is very study and well made. I love browsing through their online store. They have just about anything you can think of. From rugs and pillows to outside lights. Check them out. You won't be disappointed. (:
