We wanted a level 2 RICS survey on a property we were purchasing. We chose Brusby Charted Surveyors based on recommendations from another family member. They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very friendly and very reliable, they arranged the survey through the estate agents so we didnt have to. Great communication throughout, I received a phone call to discuss some key points before receiving the full detailed and thorough report. So that was great. Overall very happy with the service and will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

Alistair Brusby did a visual inspection of my detached house due to my concerns about internal cracking. He was thorough and detailed in his observations and very good at answering questions and concerns. His written report was clear, detailed and very helpful.
