Brusby Surveyors Ltd Reviews

Very professional from the first enquiry until the inspection report being emailed.
I would definitely recommend Brusby Surveyors.
The only thing that requires improvement would be a quicker response to emails.

Brilliant. Very in-depth survey covering all salient points with both photos and descriptions. Well worth the money as we’ve known of other companies at the same/similar price but no where near as detailed or thorough. Highly recommended.👍

We were very impressed with Brusby Surveyors! Alistair took great care in his visit to our property, and made detailed notes and photographs. We received our report back shortly after the survey, and Alistair was accomodating in taking a telephone call before the report just to let us know a general overview. We would absolutely use Brusby again and highly recommend them!

Excellent Service. Would highly recommend

Responsive professionals, with a meticulous eye for detail. We were impressed by the level of service given, the expertise and professionalism shown, and the thorough and informative nature of the survey report we received.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to move house - they will do an excellent job.

Alistair gave us a date and was then able to bring the survey forward twice which was a great help to us. The level 2 survey seemed extremely comprehensive and when we contacted Alistair (twice) he was more than happy to discuss at great lenght the report.

Very thorough and clear without professional jargon, practical, excellent presentation with a very helpful overview and summary. Will also be useful to prioritise maintenance issues when, hopefully, we have moved in.

price fair, report detail.

Clear information provided about the process to be undertaken and a full and concise report provided.

This was the second time we have used Brusby Surveyors and received the same thorough and helpful service as before.

Great service on time and a thorough survey

We used Brusby Surveyors to redefine and redraw the land registry plans and documentation for the movement of a boundary line submission to the Land Registry. Alistair Brusby carried out a site survey and advised on the requirements for a change of this nature in a very proactive and competent manner. The subsequent documentation produced was done in a very timely and professional manner. Thank-you for your support Alistair, we will certainly use your services again.

Very helpful, detailed and friendly service. I would highly recommend.

My mortgage adviser recommended Brusby Surveyors and following a brief conversation with Alistair the process was absolutely seamless. He contacted the estate agents, make appointments, carried out the survey and after the survey he contacted me via phone to discuss issues which he had found and provided some solutions and advice on what I would need to do. The communication and correspondence form Brusby was fantastic, the report easy to read and follow and the advise on what needs doing has been very helpful. I would hightly recomment Brusby Surveyors.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Alistair at Brusby Associates Chartered Building Surveyors, and I must say that his service was exceptional. Alistair provided an in-depth property survey report on a commercial property, and I was impressed by the level of detail and thoroughness.

One of the report's highlights was the inclusion of photographic evidence of potential problems. This visual documentation greatly enhanced my understanding of the issues and allowed me to make informed decisions regarding the property.

Alistair's expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to my questions and concerns. His report was comprehensive and well-documented, leaving no stone unturned.

I highly recommend Alistair at Brusby Associates Chartered Building Surveyors for anyone needing a property survey. His in-depth report and use of photographic evidence set him apart from others in the field, and his professionalism and expertise make him a top choice.

Very friendly Alistair arrived on time, explained exactly what he would do and how. Full survey of a very dilapidated house at a very reasonable price. Report issued quickly; lots of photos and accompanying written explanations and in such a way as will make it easy for a builder to see what's required and quote accordingly. Also recommended potential tradesmen for the jobs, so hopefully won't get "cowboyed". Would definitely use again.

Responded very quickly, communicated to us excellently, provided initial verbal feedback followed by a detailed, well prepared and presented report, supported by numerous clear photographs. Alistair was very personable, informative and professional. Highly recommended.

Alistair is very professional and diligent. Would fully recommend for a thorough survey on any property.

Very thorough and comprehensive overview. Alister was also very helpful over the telephone and will certainly get our repeat custom. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Top rate.
