Overpriced, slow shipping, slow turn around and the sizes aren’t true to the normal. If you are considering using this company for your school, don’t. Please take your business to someone local.

Extremely poor quality, poor designs, worst customer service ever. These "decals" look and feel like stickers. Over priced for the quality. I called for a refund and to return my 4 piece order and was told we don't refund "custom" orders......Custom order?? They were advertised as in stock items, so to me that is false advertising as well.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

We were required to purchase uniforms for my son (9th grade tennis). It’s his first year, the school partnered with this organization and I went to website to place order.

Nowhere was there a section for personalization. However at the end of order I was asked to complete my son’s full name, school, sport, etc. It was already disappointing that it said the lead time was 8 weeks for shipping when tennis started in 1 week. I checked with our coach to see if that time was correct. He said yes, we haven’t been happy with this company and are looking for other vendors.

Anyway, the shirt and shorts came and to my surprise my son’s name isn’t on the shirt. I reached out to BSN to ask for help. They have been beyond dismissive and said you didn’t personalize. I asked where that was in the order process and never got an answer.

I offered to pay for shipping back to have his shirt screen printed with a name. They don’t even respond to that and said “because our items are personalized we can’t do exchanges or returns”. Bear in mind I didn’t ask for an exchange or a return.

I asked if I could purchase a new shirt and pay for his name to be added. I don’t get a response to that either. I asked why we put so much info including his name in the order part of that’s not put on his shirt. I don’t get a response to that either.

Life is hard enough without standing out with a $35 shirt that doesn’t have your name when it’s supposed to. But nowhere was there empathy for this or a solution. Just “all orders are final” and you should have checked order summary.

The order summary doesn’t list the required info I had to provide. Name, school, grade, sport etc. so it raises the question as to why it’s even asked.

The order summary doesn’t say “no personalization requested” even though we were ordering team uniforms. There wasn’t a mandatory place in order to accept/decline personalization either. Do not use this company if you can help it.

Terrible customer service, terrible quality, and awful designs. This company is a sham. They charge you significantly more than what you should be paying. The designs look awful in final product. Worst sales rep as well, forcing our team to go through there company and the results are awful. Definitely won't be going with them ever again. Waste of money.

Way overpriced and the product doesn’t arrive until the end of the season or even AFTER the season ends…certainly NEVER before. I wish there was a better alternative

Original order went smooth and as planned. Upon arrival, one jersey was missing, so I emailed sales representative to indicate a single time out of 73 were missing. No biggie. A year later, I get an email for an outstanding invoice of $339.29, which was stated by Amber Kirk, as an invoice for a replacement jersey. Cmon, $339.29 for one jersey? They're trying to scam a youth organization and aren't admitting to wrongdoing, hence why I am here writing this review.

Poor quality; iron on decals; cotton apparel runs small so size up; ordered from them for school event

1. Only standard shipping available which they don't reveal until after you've placed the order ....unless you happen to see the bottom page of the website.
2. Tried to cancel next day and answer was "we'll send in a request but not guaranteed".....no answer on web either.
So I disputed with my bank to get credit back. They should not be in business

Had a terrible experience. After 3 months of waiting for my order to arrive I had to threaten them to ship items immediately or I would demand a refund. Items came 1 week later. Products are a very poor quality and very overpriced. We will never order from this company again.

Do not order from here. By time you get your things the sport season is over!!!

Search before making a purchase.

Just received the apparel purchased from my son's college baseball team. The quality of the items is terrible. They were incredibly overpriced...ridiculously overpriced... and now to see the quality received is extremely disappointing. ALL the parents are complaining. We are writing to Better Business Bureau where you can also find 150+ complaints there as well. I don't understand why high schools, colleges... use BSN when there are hundreds of complaints on file and far more unhappy customers than satisfied. I don't know one parent ever happy using this company.

They are the worst. Expect to wait months to receive your items. They won't close "the shop" when they say they will. So your order won't begin to ship for at least another month once they do. So they'll keep you waiting for just that. They'll make you wait weeks. If you try to cancel they'll suddenly decide the shop closed the previous day and say it is already in production that same day and cannot be canceled. You'll come to find that wasn't true because they told your family member that lie a week before and they still didn't close shop when they said they would. You'll be waiting 2 months for whatever you ordered your child and it won't even arrive in time for them to use it that current sports season. Ordered end of November, won't receive until February.

For a company that deals with growing kids, you’d think they would have a better return/exchange policy….or at least make it very clear and known before the person checks out. Now I have an expensive hoodie that will never be worn. Let’s not think about parents who spent their hard-earned money to make sure their kid had something to wear to support their team. We are just highly disappointed that companies like this still exist in 2023. I have learned to read reviews prior to purchase- even if the school is working with a sales rep.

We've ordered from this company multiple times in the last few years and we're not going to do that any more. Both of our sons' schools use BSN Sports for spirit wear. Every time we've ordered, we've had to wait several weeks (once even 3 months) to get our clothing. In almost every case, the sports season was at least halfway over before we received it. They are consistently slow to deliver and I'm not going to do that any more.

Truly terrible company. I needed to correct an order, while our team shop was still open, and they refused to help me. There is no way they were printing/processing anything yet so they refused for the sake of refusing. Told me they are short staff and back logged as if that is MY problem. As I've done some more research, it appears this is a common problem. I can't believe they are still in business. Shame on you guys!

UPDATE: I received a call back from a supervisor who acknowledged that I attempted to make contact while our team store was still open. She was adamant that they were unable to simply correct my order, which is truly frustrating, but she did provide a refund which was better than nothing. Updating to 2 stars for the follow up/refund.

The first time I ordered from this company was 2 years ago, I bought team shoes and a full warm up set. I didn’t get my order because of COVID apparently, the coach reordered the items for the next year. This year we ordered a boys basketball size small hoodie. There was no options to order girls basketball items because they had their own team store. After about 6 weeks of waiting for a screen print hoodie we ended up with a medium lady jackets hoodie. Do these people even try to get orders right so maybe after my sons senior year is over, maybe we might get the right thing.

I spoke with a customer service agent about an item that was sent in the wrong color. They quickly took care of the issue by picture verification and sent a refund confirmation. However, one of the other items that I purchased was such poor quality that I could literally see through the shirt, and I requested a refund on that as well because of the absolute poor quality. They denied it because they said that the descriptions are clearly written out and that it was screen-printed with a specific logo so they can't do anything about it. I asked the agent to pass my number on to her supervisor so I could let them know about the horrible quality. She couldn't transfer me because the agents work from home but said she would send the request in. I NEVER got a phone call back. So, my interpretation of this is that they know they sell horrible products and don't want to do anything besides scam people out of their hard-earned money for their overpriced trash - I mean products.

Horrible to work with custom service. They refused to change my shipping address had to ask 5 different times and it still is not changed.

poor quality , iron on crap . I contact them and even though i chose an option that was giving to me for the sweatshirt not a custom they tell me I can’t return or get a refund. I tell them it is a defect they ask me for a picture and never respond
