3 months and counting to receive the items we ordered. Soccer season will be over by the time we get our items. Do not waste your time or energy ordering.

This is the worst company. Customer service is horrific, go somewhere else. They said they could not do a refund, after they told me to cancel my order to change the sizes. Then they told me order was never cancelled and i could not have my money back. Horrible

The worst experience ever for a purchase. Ordered 5 shirts with an estimated 3-4 week delivery time. 7 weeks later I received a shipment with 3 shirts...2 missing. I called customer service and was told they would issue the shirts missing. Waited another 4 weeks and only 1 shirt of the 2 missing shirts were in the shipment. Called customer service again and I was told it showed both shirts were delivered in the same shipment on their end. I finally gave up and requested a refund for the final shirt. Worst purchase experience of my life!

We ordered apparel for our son's high school football team on 8/2/22 and here it is 10/14/22 and still no delivery. When I called customer service rep he couldn't find my order and put me on hold for like 10 minutes and then the call hung up. I will call my bank to dispute the charge. Don't order from the scam company.

Ordered one black shirt with 4 gray letters. It's been 2 months and it predicts shipping next month. Terrible company. Never again.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The MOST frustrating online ordering experience, and possibly a scam. They took my money, and I never received the merchandise. My son had to play his entire season without his team pads. Per the instructions of my son’s school, I ordered 2 pairs of padded girdles on their middle school team shop, $75. Unfortunately, they were too small. I reached out to the published customer service line 3 times before reaching a VERY sketchy center obviously over seas. After presenting my order number, I was told to take photos of the merchandise and email them as proof of purchase and maybe quality control? In turn, they would email a mailing label for an exchange. After multiple attempts to reach out, I didn’t receive that label from the so called “customer service center.” I reached out by phone again and chose the option to place an order. I was connected right away to the representative for the team shop in the states. I explained the situation, received the exchange label, and everything seemed resolved. I tracked my return, BSN received the merchandise, I received NOTHING. No exchange, no refund. Then, they just stopped responding to my emails. If felt like a scam. Save yourself the time and frustration. Public schools SHOULD NOT be contracted with this company.

I placed an order in mid-July for my daughter’s tennis uniform requirements. It is now three months later, and the tennis season ended and we never received the 6 items I ordered. There was never an update or any type of correspondence from the company. I called a month ago to inquire about the missing items, and they told me they would ship soon. I pointed out that the season was ending next week, so they did give me a refund. They told me they would go ahead and ship the items anyway so she could have them for next year. Still haven’t received anything I ordered.

Our soccer club used BSN Sports to order uniforms. We placed orders in August and still have not received our uniforms (it is now October). We were promised our uniforms in early September. We have gone almost an entire season without uniforms. Every time we've been told they'll be in soon but then the date gets pushed back. We were promised great customer service but have received the exact opposite. Save yourself time frustration, and money and pick another company.

Stay away. Terrible experience. 5 weeks out and no ship date? A week to answer an inquiry with a form letter without any justification is just bad management.

I ordered an item for my son's senior year about a month ago and still have yet to receive any positive feedback on when my item will arrive let alone be made. I spent $88 and change to hopefully have my item for tonight which is homecoming or at least for Senior night. Looks like neither will happen. I am very disappointed to say the Least. I asked for a refund being my item hasn't even started to be made and was told that couldn't happen. Never will I do or recommend anyone doing business with this company.

I ordered hats on august 12 and now it has shipment date October 19th.I called and was wanting to talk to a manager she said they in a meeting the worst company ever, they don’t tell u anything NOBODy should order from them. They need to sale cause they are horrible I will try to tell every high school in my state not to order from them

Local middle school used BSN “School Store” for football team clothing for family - order will not arrive until AFTER first FOUR games have been played!

Would give a 0 if possible! Used size chart provided and asked chat agent if I could exchange volleyball kneepads if they are the wrong size. Agent wrote back yes, since they're not an item with a logo they could be exchanged. Items took weeks to get than initial delivery date. Size chart was inaccurate, child needs a different size. Called csr who told me I made the mistake, nothing can be returned/exchanged, it's my mistake. It didn't matter what I was told by their chat agent! I asked for a supervisor, none available then one was on the call. She said it's my fault + it didn't matter the sz chart is wrong or their agent said exchanges are possible. Offer of 30% made. It doesn't even cover tx + delivery fees. Will never use this bs again!

I won’t ever buy anything from BSN or Nike ever again. They have no clue what size Large means! No returns or refunds allowed. Save your money unless you enjoy being laughed at!

I tried to place and order. It did not go through. Then the shop closed and they would not allow me to place an order. They sent me to the sideline website. The logo I needed wasn't there. Then they say the coach can add an order. I call the coach who calls. No they can't. They meant to say the coach could extend the deadline. They would not sell me the items my child needed for their sport. Pathetic.

This company messed up an ENTIRE team order-shirts literally shipped blank. An email was sent out stating that the correct merchandise would ship within a week. However, several unanswered emails, a phone call to customer service and over 4 weeks later we still do not have the correct merchandise. I would NOT RECOMMEND placing any team apparel orders with this company. Their customer service is a joke.

Recently ordered a shirt that came with the ink/vinyl wrinkled as if the heat was applied to long. I emailed customer service and they agreed to refund me 30% of the cost of the shirt. My family basically “donated” 40 dollars to their business as we now have a 100% defective hoodie that will not be worn and only a 30% refund. I would not order from this company again.

If I could give no stars I would. I should have looked at these poor reviews for this company before ordering apparel for our son's baseball team! TERRIBLE, EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE! We ordered our items before our baseball season began and did not receive the items until after our baseball season was finished. They mention an average of 2-3 weeks to receive your items. This is an absolute lie! I would highly recommend that you look at another company for your sports apparel needs. I am actually surprised this company is still in business with this poor service.

Product quality is extremely poor. Bought a few items and they were total garbage. Must be using extras/overruns/outlet quality from otherwise recognizable brands. Contacted customer service and they refuse to accept returns. Buyer BEWARE products do not meet expectations of pictures on the website. Cheap and poor service.

My winter sport My Team Shop clothes arrived way later than my spring My Team Shop clothes.
They didn’t contact me regarding shipping my clothes all the way back to Texas. So I was just waiting for months for it to arrive.
My spring clothes came in poor condition. My hoodie has two holes in it. One of them is very large and very visible unfortunately.
Deeply disappointed.
