UPDATE: had an email first thing Monday morning arranging next day delivery of the correct wheels (and I letting me keep the wrong wheels). Can't really ask for more than that.

Sadly I have received the wrong item - I’ve been sent two front wheels instead of the two back wheels that I ordered. These things happen but it’s a bit frustrating as it means I have to wait even longer to use our pram.

I sent my buggy away as it was coverd in mould from being stored in the outdoor shed.
It's came back 100% and like brand new!!!
Amazing!!!
They even mended a hole without charging me extra.

Great communication, fast delivery - fantastic! Replacement seat base with 5 part harness purchased for a YoYo (you wouldn't believe how difficult it was to find another company selling genuine parts - highly recommend Buggy Pitstop).

We were trying to source an unusual part for a buggy and when I found buggy pitstop had this very item in stock, even though they dont typically ship overseas to Ireland, they were extremely accommodating and facilitated the request for me. Amazing experience. Our Uppa Baby Vista was broken and Buggy Pitstop (Leyla) managed to get us a brand new frame from the company for free and arranged delivery. Couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.

We went to Buggy Pitstop for the UPPAbaby Tune Up Gear Up event as they are the official mini hub here in the UK.

They replaced our UPPAbaby Minu frame for free and serviced the wheels too. The whole process took less than an hour. They have very friendly and accommodating staff who also demonstrated the latest stroller models and answered our queries. They also offered free snacks.

We were quite pleased with our overall experience.

I’m so grateful to Buggy Pitstop for their excellent website, huge range of parts, and most of all their speed in sending orders out. Fantastic service from start to finish. We paid for the pushchair to be collected and dropped back to our house, everything went like clockwork. Fantastic communication as well, shout out to Leyla!
