Ordered a pair of FR snickers work…
Ordered a pair of FR snickers work trousers on the 21st of June and took 3 weeks to arrive, next the trousers came damaged and when I got into contact with Liam Via email to raise this issue he told me to send them back. The trousers have now been sent back over a week, no refund issued and Liam has REFUSED to respond to any of my follow up emails.. a complete joke of a company, they might be a few pound cheaper than anywhere else but for good reason. STAY CLEAR.

Avoid - Absolutely awful service.
Avoid this company!
After believing the item was in stock and then having to wait ages for it to arrive, when it did finally arrive after much chasing and misinformation, it was soaking wet. A pallet of quickstep underlay and oak flooring absolutely ruined as completely soaked through. Response was awful and that it would take another 2 weeks for them to do anything about it and to just go elsewhere. No attempt to put the wrong right! Was sold pallet was being collected, and then wasn’t after we had reloaded it and got it all ready. And then they tried to collect it again after it had already gone! Took me 2 weeks of chasing to get a refund.
This is an awful company who really don’t care. Incorrect info on delivery dates and when something goes wrong, they do not put any effort in to making it right.

Misdescribed delivery an product
Misdescribed delivery availability, complaint was to be referred to “management” .no response whatsoever. ( clearly there is no management) Product also very misdescribed but pointless complaining in view of recent experience. Proceed with caution or , even better, go elsewhere

What a shambles!
What a shambles!!
Customer service was awful! No communication. I only ordered a tin of paint and in the end I just asked for a refund as it was months and I still didn’t have the paint!
Delivery estimates way off too! Don’t say to the customer one date, when you know it will be the week after.
