The 24/7 service you get with the board twins is like no other , the one going support , encouragement , accountability and life style change these guys have provided me has ticked all the boxes ,

James has been my coach for about a year and all I can say is that is has been a solid coach. He listens to what my goals are and then we set small goals to achieve. He checks in during the week to see how i am doing and everything. I didn't see results in my body until I started training with James. Definitely best choice I made.

What made my experience great what is that coaches at built by Board Twins are outstanding so knowledgeable and helpful. Really. Give you great support and guidance along your journey with them their business as a whole is outstanding. The education they provide along with workout videos, nutritional plans and workout plans and the rest of what they offer. It’s so useful and well worth the investment in yourself.

Everything you’ll ever need to help you lose weight and gain muscle in the right way.
They support you the whole way, regular check ins, meal plan changes, workout changes etc.
No question is ever silly or wrong, they answer from the heart and give you honest feedback.
Even when you feel like you’re struggling, just know you’re not the only one feeling that way and it’s not a bad thing. Weightloss is hard but these guys make it enjoyable and they really care about you too. They want it for you just as much as you do.
I can’t thank Sam enough for all the help he’s giving me, I can’t wait to see where I get to.

Sam has been a truly phenomenal coach for me. He explains all aspects of the plans- fully transparent. As I ask a lot of questions this is a great relief to me. My results speak for themselves, I have gone from completing my first successful ‘cut’ to now preparing to step on stage- something I would not have had the confidence to do previously. I joined the BUILT by Board Twins team back in May 2022 and have been with them consistently for a year now.

Sam has been a great coach to me and has truly changed my life, starting with them after gaining a lot of COVID weight, we've shed off 60kg in a single year by following their advice, training program and nutrition plan. I feel stronger, fitter and a lot more confident.

Where to start with James… Not only a brilliant coach but an even better friend. Every touch of my plan is personalised to me and my life that has merited immeasurable growth both physically and mentally.

Team built has been a life changing experience and I’m so happy that I joined. I have learnt so much about myself and what nutrition and training plan works for me to achieve my fat loss goal. Been with the guys for 2 years now and couldn’t recommend it any more. Such an easy experience, they control every variable and leave you with stress free training. You have pretty much 24hr communication with them and they make changes as you go so you’re never left worrying!
