The sleep test equipment seemed good, but the logistics and customer service seemed chaotic. when I got the equipment the instruction sheet advised to fill in questionnaire after each night, but there was no link on where to find the questionnaire, or info about what info needed to be recorded e.g. time to get to sleep, time to toilet etc. It would be much better if customers were told to keep a note of this info before using the equipment, not afterwards. I went back to the customer support to get the link to the questionnaire. I paid a $350 bond, but have no confidence this was ever going to be returned to me. I heard nothing for 3 weeks after returning the equipment, so had to enquire. If I had not personally enquired, or had forgotten about the bond, it's hard not to assume this money would have been kept by the Company. Surely they should have some reliable system to ensure expensive bonds are refunded without having to rely on the customer to remind them. So overall, I suggest you be wary with this company.

Excellent customer service. Matt was very helpful and attentive throughout, making sure my request was fulfilled diligently. The battery provided not only met all travel requirements but also performed very well. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back when needed.

Swift and prompt delivery and clear communication given on the item. Priced cheaper than others by a good amount too. Tracking info was given instantly and product arrived 3 days ahead of schedule. My go to for Cpap goods.

Listing clearly states this is a Resmed product, even uses trademarked Resmed names for products.
The cushion I got was most definitely not Resmed, it was a very cheap generic knockoff that they probably source for $1 from China.

They admited it was not a Resmed product, apologised and said they hadn't updated their site/trademe listing yet. Weeks later they're still advertising Resmed, absolute scam artist.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST.

The solar panel and battery worked very well and so did the fast charging plug. Communication was good. Thank you I would recommend you to my friends.
