Great product and good service
I was really excited about the hire service for CPAP machines that Sleep Co offer. Especially the travel equipment which I used as it was so much more economical with space to take a travel one. It was a really easy booking process and they have really good information and tips on their website about equipment and use. The only issue although slight was that the package didn’t come when I expected, however when I reached out SleepCo rectified and shipped overnight to ensure I got it in time. Would highly recommend!

Beware
Ok, well this is now the third request for a review concerning this company and its products. So I won't lie. Both masks I ordered were to small. They did not seal. One leaked air at a join where the air input connects so could not be used without a constant noisey squeal, so rendered useless. The other which was the large, was too small and due to that constantly leaked where the seals were not contacting skin comforatably, so I had to over tension the straps to stop the leaking. After the seccond night, a sore appeared at the bridge of my nose for rubbing under excessive strap pressure. Both masks, over $120 worth, useless after two nights. No refund, but an offer to buy another mask with a small discount. Sure there would still be profit in that, no loss at your end thats for sure. Will NEVER buy again.

Initial appointment professional and well presented.
Regular use of CPAP equipment, no problem.
Both well organized and therapy successful.
Apeneoa events reduced from 29/hr to 1.8/hr. NO snoring.
Mask comfortable, and awake fresher.
