Great customer support, picked up the products myself the next day.

I was impressed with the sleep earphones for the sound quality, however a bit disappointed that they are not made of silicone which is much more comfy on ears while sleeping. The ears hurt, but the pricing is justifiable compared to other big brands and the build quality is good though with the earphones being very lightweight.

They are not great, but not bad either for straight sleeper, not so much for side sleepers

Parcel still haven’t reached to the destination and I haven’t received my receipt yet after 3 weeks, was told will be delivered 3 to 6 days.

I bought a BMC F5A Superior Full Face CPAP/APAP/BIPAP machine after my Sleepstyle machine broke down following 7 years of use. Most other machines are over the $2k mark and that was just not what I could afford this time. I read the reviews for this machine and I didnt come across any red flags so I bought one with a discount as a part of the Black Friday sale. I bought the model with the heated tube and unfortunately the one sent out had the plain tube. This was remedied and the correct tube arrived a few days later. I had chatted online with Sleepco and they responded promptly each time. The BMC machine came as standard and i was not sure if it needed to be set up as my old one was. However - it worked fine out of the box and a few minor adjustments through the settings saw my sleep score in the 90s out of 100 - and it was very comfortable to use and very little leakage from the mask. I'm happy with the purchase and the service by Sleepco. If you are looking to purchase a CPAP machine, I recommend you check out what they have to offer.

Great communication, great service,fast,machine was pre set by them,I asked for a recommendation, and they didn't go with the most expensive machine. Just told it. Like it was...was here in just over 48 hours.

There was a problem with my delivery, which was sent by mistake to someone else. I got in touch with then and they promptly got in touch and sent the part to me. I'm using it now and it's great to have the freedom to use my battery bank. Great for my camping trips and airplane trips.
