Excellent Customer Service
Matt was great to deal with, he answered all my questions. He even went out of his way to drop off a charger, when the one sent with the device was the incorrect one.

NZ Post Couriers did not deliver on the agreed date, giving the reason that the driver had finished his run for the day and I was assured it would be put on his list first thing the next day. We were not first on his list. It was finally delivered 2 hours before we departed.
Other than that, the device worked very well with the right adapter for Japan.

The velcro tabs need to be bigger
The velcro tabs need to be bigger. The material needs to be more supporting of the chin area to keep the mouth closed.

Good, fair prices. Answers questions quickly. Happy to change my order when i put in the wrong shipping address. Shipped my items quickly and in safe packaging. my CPAP machine has been wonderful and i've had no issues in the year i've had it.

A Right and Good Choice
Sleepco seems to be the only e-shopping supplier who could provide the products (CPAP mask replacement parts for particular brand) I needed. As such, I don't need to waste lot of money to buy a new set of mask in whole (which most other suppliers trade like this!). Very smooth processes and efficient service. I would recommend Sleepco to others.
