A Total SCAM
A Total SCAM. I paid 2 times Never got credits. Asked in support they simply deleted my account, asked for refund , told me to send a email at marketing @bulksms.com so they will refund but it's Also a scam. Never got replies even after a year.

Our business is in the United States, but you can’t tell BulkSMS isn’t on the same continent, thanks to the great service they provide. Bulk text messages appear nearly instantaneously when they’re sent, for pennies. They’re technical support is very good as well, responding within a day or less any time I’ve had to ask for their help. I highly recommend this BulkSMS.

Service great, API clear.
Just sometimes the webhook/callbacks – the way to get SMS replies – to your own API take (very) long which makes BulkSMS not suitable for real time conversations/transactions.

Good overall
Its quite efficient in delivering messages once you succeed to upload your group.. However its not efficient enough when managing groups loaded. Some features that would make life easy can also be added e. g making it possible to select groups you want to delete all at once rather than deleting them one by one.
