I have bought products once from this company. Ok products. All made in China..Haven't sold not one of my products as of yet. Covid 19 has really made a impack for my sales..Not a happy Camper.. Company does have Good Prices..

All of lots I have bought have been a fun mix of great and odd items. My sales have been boosted wonderfully and I'm always looking for another lot.

Due to my oversite, I was totally disappointed in my purchase. I did not see where the whole purchase was basically trash and nothing would be repairable. My mistake did not see the whole manifest. Perhaps a red more visible message. If I can find another package to my liking and I actually can make a little profit or at least use something, I may purchase again.

The best thing about bulq is how easy and straight forward the ordering process is. All the lots are manifested, they usually provide clear pics of the pallets, and they even provide amazon links to the item when available. The shipping fees are transparent and factored into the cost per item when you’re viewing the pallet. If you order multiple pallets from them they give you a shipping discount.

I’ve ordered several pallets from them after I was more than satisfied with the first pallet I received. It was downhill from there. I’m aware that when you’re dealing with uninspected customer returns, there’s no guarantees so the occasional wrong item being in the packaging is to be expected, and you just chalk it up to the game. However, I’ve received obviously empty boxes, that were so light you don’t need to inspect it to know the item isn’t in there. I’ve received unpackaged and obviously damaged/used items that can’t be resold. Ive received unpackaged clearly marked store demo items that were non functional. I’ve received obviously incomplete sets, like the time I ordered a 6 piece sectional and only 4 pieces came. Each box is clearly numbered so it was obvious pieces were missing and did not need to be inspected to know that.

The pallets are expensive for reselling purposes. It seems they base pallet prices off of the original retail prices but when you get trash that reduces or eliminates any profit.

It is now my impression of Bulq that they DO inspect customer returns and keep the quality products to resell themselves. The accuracy garauntee is worthless when it comes to costumer returns, so unless you’re buying like new or new items you really have no idea what you’re getting. While they say the customer returns are uninspected, there are clear instances when items they’re selling are being misrepresented and they give no indication to obvious defects.

My take: Buy at your own risk, and never at full price. Wait til the price has been reduced at least twice to lower the considerable amount of risk you’re taking.

Had a good experience with Bulq as a first timer to reselling. Shipping was brought on time after being contacted to pick a specific time slot when I would be available. The only thing I've noticed which might be normal is the stickers that are on the items. Some are for clearance and some had salvage stickers covered with brown stickers. For a newbie I was unsure if this was normal or not. However, overall I had a great experience with selecting the items and having it shipped to me and because of this I would use Bulq again.

I’m enjoying buying pallets from BULQ. I use the liquidation items in my online stores and always make money!

I was so excited/nervous to buy inventory to resell in bulk and this was my first purchase and experience. I received two cases which was 97 items of women’s clothing for less than $3 a piece. Score! The items I received were New items, and I knew after opening the cases I would be able to resell these items they were great. I had a few pieces that were damaged so I sent the pictures into BULQ and they refunded me for those items very quickly and easily. Overall this was a great experience and I will definitely buy another case. I have only sold about 8 items from from 97 and I’ve almost made back all the money I spent on the entire cases, totally worth it! And besides, it’s like Christmas getting to open up these giant mystery boxes!

I purchased 3 pallets. 1 like new pallet and 2 unexpected return pallets. I knew I was taking a chance but it I figured that if the they were really damaged, they would be labeled damaged. The three pallets were horrible. There was dents , rust, and cracks on the like new pallet. There were a few things that were brand new but the majority wasn't worth the money. In the last 2 pallets everything was broken. Every single thing. It was horrible. When the pallets were delivered, my husband and I had to help the guy get the pallets off the truck. They only sent 1 guy with 3 pallets. I paid 1800 to get 400 dollars worth of goods. Now I have to figure out how to get rid of a garage full of junk. The worst experience for my first time. Now I know to never buy unexpected returns. I tried to call them to recoup something, but I couldn't get in touch with anyone. I learned my lesson.

I've ordered four cases so far from Bulq and have been happy with the quality of merchandise. Other than one small hand towel showing up with a stain, I didn't even report it as it was one item out of 100+ so far, it's been all good.
