i ordered a NEW pallet and most of items were damaged or not working i had a drone on there i resold and there were missing chargers and pieces, lamp sets shades weren't protected bent up rocking horse had black ink like stuff all over it and also another toy had ink all over box spend lots of money and hard to resell

For the most part, buying from Bulq has been very good. I get my cases within 4-5 business days and I can pay with PayPal for the 3% PayPal charges Bulq, totally acceptable.
I recently ordered a case of new items. There was a problem with two items, one had been opened with a big sticker saying it was defective and the other was a set of 2 that came in a very thin plastic bag tied in a know with a huge green sticker saying it was part of a set and should not be sold separately. I only received one of the set.
I emailed help at Bulq after I finished unpacking and am awaiting their reply. It hasn't even been a day yet. Since they WANT you to report problems, I'm expecting a good response.
Overall, I am very pleased thus far!

I love Bulq, but get frustrated with the stickers/tape put on items.

Got some good boxes before but my last two was so not worth it. Barely a few items with tags.. just wish wasn't so much bad stuff in it.

My 1st box i got some cute stuff and MIGHT continue to purchase.
Prompt delivery tho.

This crap they send is hard to resell plus they send things that are not there ..like a empty box that suppose to have a game console in it ..I paid way too much and if I break even I'll be happy.

After receiving my Box there were items not in there there were on the manifest. When The manifests said your getting 68 items you should get 68! How do you take a picture of a Box make a manifest and then take things out of the Box!? Some of the prices for the boxes are to high or higher than the actual cost of the items. UPDATE: They never reached out to me!

Palletts were what I expected.very good merchandise.cant complain.i luv bulq.im gonna keep odering..it would be nice if they made palletts to what the customer wants.other than that.really good merchandise.thank you bulq.ill be ordering here soon.

I like the complete manifests. And the quality of merchandise! Speed of delivery and customer service are top notch!

Items were listed accurately. Only one item was missing. Using the web, payment and shipping were all were very convenient. However, if the manifest states that things are unknown decor, they may be pretty useless items. That does bring down your cost per item. Second, I am not a reseller. I got things for myself and for gifting to friends. So the case was useful. I will resell a few curtains to get some money back on the case. But overall, a good experience

A lot of the items that were in the box war from a dollar store or we're at Target for $0.50 to a dollar kind of disappointing and they still had the price tags on them not worth getting unit the items of price for $6 each to have quite a few of them only worth $0.50

Some items arrived broken so I filed a claim. I got a quick email explaining what I needed to send as far as documentation and after I did I received a quick partial refund. Very pleased.

This was my first experience purchasing from BULQ and it won’t be my last! Their customer service is friendly, professional and fast. I love that they have the option to ship to residential addresses. My pallet was 100% accurate and they have a variety of boxes and pallets to suit your needs. I definitely recommend buying from BULQ.

Very easy to get started and not a lot of wading through a lot of issues to start. I was pretty apprehensive at first but this is fun!

My 1st experience purchasing from Bulq and it was a great Pallet. The only reason for the 4 star is that the delay in delivery and some confusion. It's more likely UPS but they kept switching the delivery dates in which caused difficulty due to my work schedule.

But overall great products. Definitely will purchase again. Thank you

Buyer Beware- I purchased 5 cases from BULQ and majority of the items were counterfeit. The UPC code provides actual authentic items but when you receive the merchandise its not authentic.

With the exception of a few crushed boxes...everything was great!
