I ordered a product and it was left processing for two weeks then I messaged them. Hey, what’s wrong? And they said oh we don’t ship to your location even though it was a valid location when I was ordering. How about giving people a heads up that your order is never gonna get delivered or better yet not allow people to purchase something that can’t be delivered then they promised me a refund. It’s been two months or almost and I still haven’t got my money.

Nach meiner Meinung sollte Bubgie komplett auseinander genommen werden und alle Spiele an andere Girmen gegeben werden

Wie kann man nur so ein bescheidenes Event erstellen, in dem man nur belohnt wird wenn man seine Zeit in ein elendiges grindiges Spiel steckt, obwohl kein neuer Content zu Verfügung steht. Keine neue Story und wenn, dann nur ein paar Missionen bis es wieder nur noch darum geht sein Power Level zu erhöhen. Und dann noch dieses Call to Arms Event wo spieler belohnt werden, wenn sie ihr Power Level über Wochen auf 550 erhöht haben. Jeder anderer Spieler wird hierdurch nur banchteiligt. Wie soll so ein Spiel neue Spieler anlocken. Wirklich das letzte, und das sagt ein Spieler der bereits 4.000 Stunden über Jahre investiert hat.

Got banned for nothing. Never cheated, never used boosters. Or anything. They don't even read the ban appeal. I wrote two tickets. barely a second went by and it was marked as low priority, they don't read an appeal in 1 second. This is the second time I get banned from destiny for not doing anything wrong. They wont answer, they wont give reasons, they wont even discuss it or the information provided to them PROVING I have not cheated. Horrible company.

Completed SE raid on contest and figured I'd get the jacket as a commemoration of 10 years of Destiny. 9-10 months later and all I get is an email saying "hey we'll contact you one day to say when it's getting dispatched".

Bungie storers operations are an embarrassment and this absolute garbage can of a company needs looking into.

DO NO ORDER FROM THEM... EVER!

I pre-ordered the Final Shape collectors edition in 2023, and the Final Shape came out in June. I have been back and forth with their support for 7 months trying to get them to send it me and today they've told me it's now 'out of stock' and that they'll be giving me a refund. I told them that the bank account I used was closed last year but all I've gotten in response is a empty apology that was probably AI generated. DO NOT use this company AVOID at all costs

After having problems logging in I contacted support and sent screen shots and explained what is happening. They told me to clear my cache which I did and didn't help after that they would just keep replying telling me to clear my cache even though I had done so multiple times.

Bungie Store EU DISAPPOINTING

I bought the "Root of Nightmares"-Raid Jacket, because the one from "Garden if Salvation" was perfect.

But that were the worst invested 175€ of my life!!!
The whole product seems cheap produced. The fabric is sharp edged, many outstanding sewings and the picture in the back seems to be "low resolution"
The cherry on the top is, that the "personalization" is a velcro nameplate...it is not even sewed on the product

It seems the Management-change has changed their quality too.

"They refuse to look into a false ban. This is the second time, by the way. If they just took the time to review the information they have on my account, they would unban me. I have every single DLC and item in the game, and this is how I get treated. I hope you reconsider, Bungie. I hope your game doesn't shut down, and you don't lose everything

Ansich macht das Spiel Spaß aber Ständige Updates nerven total. Da ich zu der Arbeitenen Bevölkerung gehöre und nicht Nachts zocken kann und den Nachmittag an manchen Tagen nutze.. zack Nachmittags Server down zu ungewohnten Tagen

Force spyware on your pc to play and the store is so bloated and confusing.. P2W game it seems now. Bungie has fallen.

Fraudulent store, they charge more than 200 EUR in my card and don't send the product, contacted support but 1 week passed and no answer

I made a mistake by unlinking my cross saves from my account, I asked for help and got harassed by some users, literally no moderation inside this "help forum" since there is no service for help.
Some hours later I got an aswer from the helper and they told me that they can't do nothing about it and wait 90 days!
After all the money spent for the dlc, seasonal passes, deluxe this is how they treat their users, they don't have any interest for helping me.
So what I can do now is playing the game without my characters and dlcs, brilliant answer by a company like that.

Destiny 2 bel gioco, ma dopo aver pagato 100 euro per il dlc eclissi dopo neanche 6 mesi creano un espansione e rivogliono altri 50 euro, negli anni scorsi non è stato così, 100 euro possono bastare anzi sono troppi perché alla fine sempre un gioco che porta via tanto tempo, e quanto pare non solo, anche denaro €$¥£¢... Anche no!
P. S. Avete risolto il problema con i server perché tanta gente è scappata. Bene così!

Played the game one night. Login next day and banned, legit player who recently bought dlc for more content to find im banned and my appeal denied, I know 1000% I've done nothing wrong as I haven't cheated on a game in my life and in definitely not going to start on a free to player shooter???? So money and hours put in lost completely for absolutely no reason at all! Unbelievablely trash company!

Bungie ist ein lächerliches Unternehmen. Der Kundenservice bzw Support ist das lächerlichste was ich je gesehen habe. Zudem ist das Spiel voll mit Bugs und Fehlern. Und bungie versucht alles schön zu reden. Wer nicht bungie's Meinung ist wird blockiert. Kasperlverein.

Bungie is an incompetent pathetic excuse for a company. Bought destiny 1 the collection for my ps5 and it “can’t connect to the servers”. Thought I just got screwed but it turns out most people can’t play it and haven’t been able to for months. No matter the gaming console or generation. Everybody’s online capability’s works for all other games and apps aside for this game from this absolutely horrendous company. They do not care about the customers or users. Do not buy anything from them. Hell don’t even play there free to play games. They do not deserve your time or money.

I have been trying for a year to either get what I ordered to actually be delivered or get my money back on the item. I bought the product back in 13th September 2021. I keep emailing them about it but have not had one single response absolute joke of a company. There aftersales department is shocking for this to be going on as long as it has. Haven't bought anything off there website since would rather get it from amazon at least i know ill get it sorted
