At first there was a struggle to get my kit to me in a timely manner . One package was sent with an incomplete address and I had to wait for another to be shipped. Once I received the first kid I realized that most of it was just an inflated price for cheap products I could have bought at a grocery store. they purposefully complicate the subscription options so that when they get you with the extra charge they can tell you it’s too late and can’t refund your money. The product did work but as mentioned before could have bought the same fiber drink, electrolytes and broth at the grocery store for fraction of the price and avoided the wait of shipping and the struggle of the complicated subscription. I absolutely would not recommend this to anyone, there are many other ways to achieve your weight loss goals. Don’t get caught up in this swindle, it’s just going to bring you more hassle later. I promise.

I lost 6 pounds!
I lost 6 pounds! Everything was OK. Never felt too hungry and when I did I would chew some gum which would take the edge off. I was surprised that the drinks tasted so good (Fiber and Electrolyte), no nasty aftertaste. And enjoyed having something not sweet (bone broth) in the evening. All in all, a good experience! Thanks!

The program is so detailed that it makes it easy to stay on track. I felt like I knew what to expect at every phase of my fast, and the supplements helped me through the rough moments. Day 2 was most challenging for me, but because the program laid out so clearly what to expect, I wasn't caught off guard. If I could give them negative stars I…
If I could give them negative stars I would. I attempted to cancel my subscription months ago thru email. They STILL charged me! I repeatedly emailed them asking them to please not send the box, They're still sending it, still charging me. I asked them if I could return the box once it arrives and I was informed that was against their policy. What a joke for a company. The only refund they allotted me was for the SECOND $40 app fee. They didn't even refund the first one even tho I had no clue in the world there was even an app!!!
In response to their response: I HAVE EMAILED YOU. ABOUT 20X. The last thing that I heard was that you were having a senior specialist review my account. That was over a week ago. Nothing. No refund, no response NOTHING. It's pretty sad when I literally have to get my brother in law involved who is a consumer protection lawyer and inform him that he may need to take this a step further if I be don't get refunded. So do you not see how many negative reviews you all have regarding this "subscription" service? How absolutely crooked it is that you're charging people two different fees, in two different areas, and you don't OUTWARDLY the them about it? You HIDE it in the small print? You truly don't see how shady that is? Or do you just not care because y'all are getting extra money this way?!?!? I am horribly disgusted that I ever got wrapped up with a company like this. If people aren't satisfied REFUND THEM. WHEN THEY EMAIL YOU ASKING YOU TO CANCEL THEIR SUBSCRIPTION, JUST CANCEL IT! Be decent people. It's really not that hard.

Subscription service is sketchy
Subscription service is sketchy. One website shows I have no orders or subscriptions as I cancelled the subscription. I have an email confirming this. But then you have to go through another site and low and behold there is still a subscription for something else. And customer service is too bad so sad. I am disputing this with my card company as their is poor business practices. Poor customer service for not doing what is right and refunding my order. I will continue to fight this.

Been a while since I fasted regularly….
Been a while since I fasted regularly, so I tried this out to ease back into it. Amazing! The fiber kept my guts from rumbling, the electrolytes seemed to keep me from being lightheaded,and the bone broth- which I am generally not a fan of-was immensely satisfying in the evening. And the calm coaching in the booklet helped me stay cool when my husband ordered pizza! I’ll be using this again monthly. Thanks so much!
