From a repeat customer since 2022
I have been a repeat customer since 2022. Ryky is cool and he has made good videos on YouTube on handcrafted Japanese kitchen knives. I learned a lot. The store has a well curated stock and shipping times from HK to US is super fast and smooth. The packaging is well designed and done. I am happy.

Several items were missing from my…but
(7/2/26) Several items were missing from my order. I have emailed asking for help and have yet to hear anything back.
(7/20/26) Updating my review. I was able to get support and the missing items were promptly shipped. I really appreciate the help from the team and will continue to be a customer!!

Great knife
Great knife! My only gripe, and it’s a small one is immediately after placing the order I emailed asking if I could delay shipping as I was out of town (Japan no less). The item shipped before they read the email. So yeah, complaining because they have super fast shipping….crazy!

The shipping can be delayed, but it's completely normal with international customs. Patience is worth it.
The packaging of the knife is carefully done and of a much greater value than what the knife was paid for.
