Burrfection Store Reviews

still doageing my emails after days
was provided a even worse damaged knife then the one returnrd. horrible behavior

I had an issue with delivery and Burrfections customer service would not respond.

I have several Knives from Burrfection. They all are of outstanding quality. My recent purchase is top notch.Super fast delivery with DHL to Switzerland.I love to watch the Burrfection videos on YouTube. The knives are not cheap but worth the money.Treat them right and you will have a knife for life.I am very happy with this shop.

Customer Service is top notch, I got quick responses to all my questions. The knife was shipped in very secure packaging and the item is amazing. I was unaware that the store was overseas from my location and customs issues slowed delivery by a week, but that is on the US government not the store. I would consider purchasing from Burrfection in the future. Cheers.

The web site is easy to use. I’ve used Burfection before with satisfactory results. This time I bought a budget priced knife and the product was as advertised. Good product at a fair price.

great selection. super fast shipping.

High quality strop. The rolled buffalo is indeed a very hard leather. Great for polishing and refining your edge without removing metal

Incredible quality Japanese knife, shipped to my house in 5 days!!!

Bernal is a Top Flight Company in a very niche competitive business! Their product selections are always a notch above! Their Customer service is excellent as Well! Josh should be awfully Proud of what he has Built! Thanks so Much! Todd

It holds dimond compound great and removes burr easily

Most remarkable are the perfect logistics including handling of Duty and Import-VAT and a superspeedy delivery - that saves time, nerves and money - I am very impressed. Ahh - and the knife looks and feels very good. Thank you!

Sirprisingly pleased with them, especially considering I didn't realize they ship out of Hong Kong until after ordering from the USA. It made absolutely no difference. Would definitely buy form them again.
(Bought a Nigara Tsuchime 170mm VG10 Bunka)

First , i buy equine strop , that isnt really there ! Second it takes many e mails and ten days to get my refund !
Then the strops come int stock , so i buy three . One of the three has a massive 3mm deep gouge along 70 % of its face
Ive then sent 12 emails six sets of photos , all to be TOTALLY ignored
It should NEVER have been sent out
Id sand it down , but the leather is simply too thin , ive spent much money here , been a good customer , on a cheap item , ok , but this cost £70 , all in . Wish i could give less than one star
Im a small fish , ok , but will NEVER , shop here again ! Havent even been offered a return , shudder to thaink how long that would take . BEWARE , all seems good to start with

Was the best price I could online by far. Came from HK to the US but shipped pretty fast with no issues.

Best experience I've ever had with any purchase.
Delivery is very fast and communication is superb.
Congratulations on a very professional job.

I Buy from burgection because I know it’s not a Chinese knock off knife and the quality is always there but the one minor thing I didn’t like is being charged the import fees.

The knife is so beautiful I could cry.

Great service. The transaction was seamless. Shipping was prompt. The product arrived in great condition. No complaints.

Fast shipping. Well packaged. Great products and great service. Very pleased.
